Open Country Contracting
Hi my name is Brian and I own the home that Tim and his partner Mike built. Our dealings with Tim have been very positive as we found out how easy going he is and how positive he remained even when things may have gone sour. One of the most important things for me was the ability to select and purchase most of the materials, windows ,all doors, flooring, cabinets, lighting, all plumbing fixtures, siding, roofing materials etc. etc. and Tim looked after all the sub-trades. This was very important as we saved tens of thousands of dollars.
Tim always replied to questions in a timely manner and answered them honestly unlike other contractors I have dealt with that took weeks to answer. I am told that I am very blunt and shoot from the hip with a very short fuse and hard to deal with. Tim always remained calm and professional and listened to my rants and helped me to understand what was going on , thanks Tim.
We moved in to our beautiful house and just love it. Thanks again Tim and we would recommend you for sure.

| Warranty | Open Country offers a more extensive warranty on their product than most. We have a system that after the homeowner has moved in we check up with them on a timed schedule to meet their needs. The first is after move in to fix all damages done by moving. The second is two weeks after move in. The third and fourth are spread 3 to 4 months apart unless something major comes up. |
