My fear of a renovation nightmare and a messy home stopped me from acting on renovating my ensuite bathroom for over a year. My worries quickly disappeared when I started working with Osama. Osama gave me great ideas and organized the renovation so that it would be stressfree. In addition, Osama only uses and sells quality products. The cabinets are a prime example, made of real wood, with dovetail joints and soft closure.

Brian, the demo guy, was very personable. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after each day. Mark did most of the hands on work. From his work on the heated floor, building the shower, tiling, to painting, you can't ask for a better master in his craft. Mark is friendly, approachable, and also very respectful of my home, cleaning up after each shift.

I highly recommend Orca Supply. With Osama, Mark and Brian doing your bathroom reno, I guarantee you will be happy with the result. I love my bathroom.

Osama was great at helping us figure out the right vanity with the options we needed. The vanity itself was well constructed and painted, and easy to install. Couldn't find anything else this well built for the price, and Osama loaded it in our truck and packaged everything safely for transit. Very pleased!

We had seen a friend's recently completed bathroom reno that Orca Supply had done, and were very impressed with the finished product. After contacting Osama to discuss, he came by the next day to view and discuss the project. We had a quote within one hour of the visit, and at a very reasonable budget. Osama was very clear to point out any potential change orders that may come up before proceeding, so there were absolutely no surprises during construction. His guys doing the work were great to deal with, and everything went as planned as far as time and budget, with very minimal disruption to regular household routine during the build. Great job, great service, and highly recommend.

During work done by the city of Richmond to the public sidewalks a large part of our private walkway got torn apart and the City refused to put it back together due to property lines dividing private and public property. I got 3 quotes and the other two were in line and little bit less expensive and because the work was being done for the Strata I wanted to get the best possible price but after speaking with Orca supply they clearly justified the reason why they were charging a bit more and it actually turned out that the extra bit of money we paid bought us a lot more than what we would have got if I had chosen one of the other two company's. The way they rebuilt our walkway was truly amazing and impressive. The amount of time and energy they spent to make sure each brick is put into place perfectly lining up against one another was like a work of art and an indication of the top quality workmanship they offer. I highly recommend Orca supply as the service and product is great as well as the people.

We recently completed two major bathroom renovations with Orca Supply. We purchased the bathroom vanity and linen cabinet in white for our ensuite and the quality is excellent, especially for the price point. Previous to finding Orca Supply, I had been shopping for a good bathroom vanity and linen cabinet for months. Orca Supply's product impressed me, and I chose them over many of the other products available as their form and function were superior. Now, I wish I would have gone with their product in both bathrooms, as I had already purchased the two for our main bath, and while they are fine, they are not as good as the one from Orca. Our Orca cabinet looks great and the slow close drawers and doors are a nice plus. There were also a variety of finishes and countertops to choose from, so I got exactly what I wanted. As far as the bathroom renovation, Osama was friendly, an excellent communicator and always prompt with his replies. He also came up with creative solutions that none of the other contractors I spoke to had thought of. He also made sure that I was happy with the final result, and made sure any details I wanted changed were taken care of. He was also efficient; I had three other contractors come through to quote before him, all of them said it would take 6 weeks to do each bathroom, for a total of 3 months of renovating. His crew worked solidly through, and without days of waiting between each task, our bathrooms were both finished less than half that time. Additionally, the craftsmanship was top notch. Osama's service and employees were excellent. It is nice to have tradespeople in the house who you can trust. They took great care and our bathrooms look amazing! Great Product. I met Osama at the B.C. Place Home and Garden Show earlier this year. I purchased a 36" vanity (dark stain) with mirror and faucet. I loved this product as soon as I saw it. It was the inspiration for my powder room renovation. Fabulous service. Osama was very helpful and made sure I purchased the correct size to fit my space. I have a 35 year old house, with 80's decor. I needed an upgrade int the master ensuite. I shopped around for vanities and contractors. Stumbled on Orca Supply, they were in Richmond which was convenient as we live in Richmond.

I worked with the owner to design the layout and design of my bathroom reno.

We gutted the entire bathroom down to studs. We replaced the floor with new 24*12 floor tiles, 24*12 wall tiles with accents, installed a new 42*52 glass enclosed shower, installed a new jetted tub, and installed an ew Orca vanity with a quartz counter top mirror and new lights in the ceiling.

They were quick, clean and the work was excellent...
