Over the past 40-50 years I have owned 6 homes and have had the floors resurfaced in 5 of them. There has been no company or person who has come close to the quality of the entire project as Ottawa Comfort Flooring and Bogdan. From the inspection process, advice, options, quote and promised on time work, he has served up a stunning result! Our floors are simply perfect. We were given Bogdan's name from a contractor we trusted and was told he was the best in the business of refinishing hardwood floors. From the initial inspection and quoting process through to the end of the project, Bogdan was easy to deal with, answered all questions and concerns, and was confident in his ability to deliver a wonderful final product. There were no delays in the project - Bogdan and his assistant Ryan arrived on the first day at the scheduled time and they finished by their estimated date and time. Not only was the project finished on time but it was on budget. The initial quote given was what we paid - no hidden or extra costs were added. The details of their work were clearly communicated before and during the project and Bogdan welcomed questions throughout the process. The final product was amazing. Our floors were in rough shape and we were concerned some of the damage was irreparable. Bogdan and Ryan were able to bring the floors back to life and you wouldn't know there was once damage. Once the project was finished, Bogdan went over the maintenance and care process and encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions in the future. We would highly recommend Bogdan and his team to anyone wishing to refinish their floors. Our experience was excellent.

We were very happy with the work done by Bogdan to refinish our red oak hardwood floors. We went with a natural finish and loved the result. We had considered a few different flooring companies but were very happy with the customer service flexibility provided by Ottawa Comfort Flooring. They arrived at the time they had set and began work. Any questions I had about what was going on how things were to be done. They answered clearly and throughly leaving a full understanding of what would be done. The service was very professional and the finished product is well beyond our expectations.

Bogdan is extremely professionally and polite. Bogdan has done an amazing job refinishing our 28 yr old red oak floors. He was always on time and came prepared with drop mats and I also notice he brought his indoor shoes.
Our floors in some places were down to bare wood and had many water stain, which are completely gone..
We did not remove any baseboards and not a mark was made in the refinishing process. There was absolutely no dust residue in our house at all..
I would highly recommend Bogdan!
