I cannot rave enough about ALL the workers at Ottawa Garage Door Systems Inc.. Corey (the owner) first replied to my email and I had some questions. He was so professional and friendly on the phone. I knew right off the bat, that this is the company I wanted and trusted. His account manager, Kim, was so friendly and efficient. Liam, the technician was on time and got the job done in an hour. Wonderful service from this company all around and I strongly recommend them.

I called on a Monday morning and Corey was at my house in a couple hours. He offered multiple solutions for my needs with a no pressure approach. My garage door was back working before lunch! I would absolutely recommend Ottawa Garage Door Systems to anyone and will continue to use them for any future garage door needs.

From the sales rep to the installer, we had excellent service. The doors look great, and we are happy with the service provided. Corey went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had the right battery back up for our door opener as well. Will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new garage doors!

We are absolutely pleased with the final results of the new garage door. Mike is one of the best installers I've seen (on any work), and I "R" an engineer, so I'm picky. He was professional, fast, efficient, but most important, top quality. I can't say enough about the quality. The subtle things in the door smoothness, trim fit, cladding accuracy, corners, caulking (stuff most people won't think about) were perfect. The garage door itself looks great, even all the neighbours are asking about it! The quality of the doors from OGDS (CHI) are top notch, and OGDS had a better selection than other suppliers I looked at. To top it off, they also had the best price (without the hassle of negotiating). I would highly recommend Corey and the team at OGDS to anyone looking for a new garage door.

My garage controls had gone rouge. For a couple of days, it was opening on its own and not closing when I pressed the buttons.
I called OGDS to schedule a service appointment and they came by in less than 3 hours from my call even though it was an urgency call.
The staff was super friendly, honest and extremely professional. Instead of trying to upsell services or replacement parts, they just offered advice of things I should try before spending any money on it.
Highly recommended them!

A few years ago we had two new insulated doors installed by Corey and his team and they have been excellent.
Recently I had an issue with one of our openers, and even though these were original to the house (over 20 years old) Corey provided great advice, and even had a part available that got us going again. Thanks Corey!

I have a very old garage door and the tension spring had come off its fastening. I called Corey at Ottawa Garage Door Systems to get an estimate for replacing the door as two other companies had told me that doors of this age and design could not be fixed. Corey showed up promptly at the time of the appointment. He very kindly fixed the problem and gave me thorough and honest advice about choosing a replacement. His estimate was delivered promptly with sufficient detail and I thought the price quoted was reasonable for the amount of work involved. I haven't yet decide to go ahead with a replacement door but, based on the quote and my experience to date, I would highly recommend Ottawa Garage Door Systems, especially after dealing with two other companies who didn't even come close to Corey's level of service and expert advice.
