Corey was great to deal with, doors where ordered, and he hung on to them until I was ready, didn’t try it o sell me anything I didn’t need.

His crew showed up and did 2 new doors, one retrofit and one new install, nice clean tidy work, and they cleaned up and took all their garbage and old door.

Very knowledgeable and insightful. I had done some research on what I wanted and Corey walked me through all the pro's and cons of what I had selected to help me make an educated choice. Their installation team was there when they said they would be, they were quick, clean, and done without any surprises. The next day I noticed that one of the panels had a small ding in a corner that was only noticeable when the light hit the door at a certain angle. I contacted Corey, and without any hesitation he said No Problem, we'll order a new panel and give you a call when its in and go change it out. I got a call last week, they scheduled a day and time, Paul showed up at that scheduled time and changed out the panel without any issues or comments. I wish there were more companies like Ottawa Garage Door Systems out there. I recommend them to anyone looking to get QUALITY garage doors installed by PROFESSIONAL people.

I highly recommend Ottawa Garage Door Systems Inc. We placed a call to Corey, at OGDS, and described roughly what we were looking for. The next day Corey came to our house with samples and brochures. We placed our order in early November and Corey mentioned that delivery was dependent on the pandemic, and it may not be until mid December or later. We received a call in January saying the door had arrived and within a week would be installed. On installation day Paul arrived at the time stated and in under 2 hours he had the door install, the old door loaded into his truck, and the work area all cleaned (better than when he arrived). Before he left, he gave me information on some maintenance that could be done regularly. I would highly recommend this company. They do great work.

Corey was referred to me by a trusted friend. Corey was very prompt and receptive to my enquiries. I had asked about getting a new garage door, and Corey came by to take a look at my existing door. He could easily have sold me a new door, but advised me against it because my current door is in good shape. Now that is an honest and ethical businessman. I did get an automatic opener installed. While Corey would have installed an opener purchased elsewhere (and he advised me on what brand), it made sense to purchase thru OGDS because it is top quality, guaranteed and a better price. The price quoted was what I was charged. Corey was able to arrange the installation even earlier than anticipated, while still ensuring the timing worked for me. The installer - Doug - was on time, efficient and very helpful. Walked me through how to use it and gave tips on how to keep both the opener and the door in optimal shape, as well as trouble-shooting. (Remarkably, this is my first automatic garage door opener.) Doug is so professional and a very nice guy. I highly recommend this business. I am so impressed.

I requested a quote on Sunday (they are closed) he reaches back to me by end of the day. And has a tech in my area the next morning and got it installed. The tech was super polite, professional and did it decently fast. This was really awesome for me, as I had just lured aroumd by 2 different big brand companies, 1 for over a mont and one that I was just passed around and couldn't get any information.
