I was planning a low cost garage door opener, bought a used one and was missing some installation hardware. I contacted Ottawa Garage Door Systems hoping to find what I was missing. I was greeted by Corey and he invited me in. At their warehouse, Corey spent like 20 minutes showing me how to properly install my opener, going through all the details and adding hardware to my basket as we go on. I was surprised by the amount of time and attention he'd given me and how passionate this guy was about his work. To top it all, at the end, he wouldn't take any money, saying that he was just trying to help. I stood there speechless, it's not everyday that you meet someone who's not only thinking about profit. I really appreciated the service and will 100% be back for any garage door work that I would have. Thanks again Corey!

I have been extremely pleased with the service and work performed by Ottawa Garage Door Systems. This is the third time I have used OGDS having previously had my cottage and my sons garage doors installed and now our new home. They are professional, knowledgable and their attention to detail and quality work is superior. My first experience with them was back in 2012 when I lived in Toronto and built a new double garage at my cottage near Ottawa. I arranged everything over the phone and they attended and did a great job of installing two new doors and two openers. I was unable to attend and was pleasantly pleased with how trustworthy they were at our property and performed all the work we had agreed upon. With the recent install I was home and periodically checked in with the installer who provided explanations on what he was doing and was very proud of his work. I can not say enough about OGDS and the great service and work they do. I highly recommend OGDS.

I am very happy with the experience I had with Ottawa Garage Door Systems, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new door. Salesman was very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and never pressured. Installer was very professional, did a great job, cleaned up completely, and answered any questions I had before he left.

Corey delivered the product as ordered, not only on time but earlier than expected. He worked with my framer to ensure everything was in place prior to his arrival. The end result is three doors that run smooth and look great.

Doug came out initally to fix a broken cable on the side of my garage door. However, once here, we realized the door had not been originally installed properly (not by Ottawa Garage Door Systems). Doug was absolutely amazing and went straight out to get all the parts he needed to fix my door properly and put it straight. He completed the job professionally and in a timely manner and I am extremely happy with the service Ottawa Garage Door Systems provided! Thank you so much!!

I was super impressed with Corey, the installer. He talked straight to the point, answered all my questions and gave examples. He went through all the instructions on « how to ». He was quick and efficient. He is a straight shooter and interested in doing a good. Most important he knew what he was doing.
I already have referred friends to his business.

We were very pleased with the assistance given to us in the selection of the doors and color. The suggestions were not what we had initially thought of but were excellent and what were finally went with. Cory brought large size samples of options so that we could best appreciate what they would look like against the house.
The two fellows who did the work, did an excellent job and didn't waste any time in their competent and skilled approach. The finished doors worked flawlessly and the job site was left in a very clean state with no debris left behind.
I most certainly recommend the service and quality of work of OGDS.
