After my garage door cable snapped over the weekend I texted Corey. He came first thing Monday morning as promised, replaced both cables and straightened the railings bent by the slanted door, lubricated and inspected the garage door for any other issues, all in less than half an hour.

After comparing quotations from a number of suppliers, we chose OGDS based on price, perceived quality of the doors offered and good communications with Cory. The doors were manufactured in the US, delivered and installed a quick 2 1/2 weeks after ordering.

My garage door opener broke and I knew I needed to replace the whole system as my old door was old and wood, heavy and very unbalanced.

I had requested some other quotes but was also recommended this company by someone I knew.

Corey and OGDS were professional and detailed from the start. Corey responded quickly and brought door panel samples to look at which non of the others had done. Corey never tried to upsell and provided honest opinions from beginning to end.

After deciding on my door I had an install within 2 weeks which I think is an amazing turnaround. Install was done well and they removed everything from the old door and opener and cleaned the area well. Was very happy with the experience.

When my garage door would not open on a Sunday, I left a message on their answering machine as it was not an emergency. On Monday there was no return call but on Monday afternoon when I returned home there was a knock on my door. It was OGDS asking if I had called about my door. Apparently they could no understand the pone number I had left but they did have the address.

So, one hour later my door was fixed.

When the repairman arrived on site to repair a bolt that had sheared off, he noticed that the 2x6 to which the springs were attached to the wall had pulled out from the wall. Rather than waiting for the builder to return to our place in the morning he took the initiative to resecure the block to the wall. He also explained how the spring and door should be sprayed on a routine basis to maximize the life of both. Doug certainly went well above and beyond what he was called to do, the company certainly is lucky to have a repairman of his quality.
