Our family is extremely fortunate that we chose ottovision contractors to renovate our home. We completely gutted and changed the main floor. Took down a wall. We also did a kids bathroom and built a laundry room and finished the basement. From beginning to end Otto and Francesco guided and helped us choose the classiest floors and kitchen countertops and everything in between. They were extremely neat. They sealed off all our bedrooms so no dust would collect and were the lost professional and courteous. Not once did we have to worry about the condition of our house. That is a big deal when hiring a contractor. They were always working and never left our job until everything was done. Our home turned out incredible and a huge reno was completed in less than two months. I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone. I really like the service from Francesco.
We hired Ottovision to help us fix an incomplete job from another contractor. The other company left a crown molding not completely attached to the wall. In addition to this, they had white paint stains on the varnish wood frame of the window, it was just a mess if you really looked closely. In an area where we spend so much time, you begin to notice these imperfections more and more. So one morning we heard a huge BANG in the kitchen. We saw a that this heavy piece had fell from the ceiling and landed in the sink. (Thank god the kids weren't around when that happened)
Long story short, he not only brought us a new piece, but replaced the poorly attached other side as well. Sanded everything down and re-painted. The sink area looks as good as new.
We should have called him from the beginning and not to fix the short cuts of the other guys.
