We have a lot of sidewalk and steps since our retail store is on a corner and has 5 city lots worth. We have used Outberg for a couple of years now and the service has been great. The fact that they do it in the early morning before it all gets packed down works really well. Any minor issues are dealt with quickly.
As a small business owner, the cost is always important so you know that when I renew and tell them I'm assuming there will be a 5% increase last winter due to inflation and that if not, there should be, I value their service.

We were very happy with the project Robert and his crew completed last year. This spring Robert and Darcy did a wonderful job replacing 2 large areas of mulch with rainbow rock and planted 4 trees in our backyard. The results were spectacular… more visually appealing than we imagined. Both Robert and Darcy were friendly, prompt, and efficient completing the project in a very timely manner. The quotes from Outberg Landscaping were very competitive and communication excellent. We definitely recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

We recently hired Outberg to re-landscape our existing back yard. The job consisted of ~700ft2 of re-sod, re-leveling a gravel pad and adding in a small brick wall.
The communication was terrific the estimate was fair and they arrived when they said they would.
If we had another job come up I would call them again in a heartbeat.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Outberg Landscaping! Starting from his first site visit & meeting, Robert was able to interpret and implement our vision for the front and back yard landscaping project we had in mind. Our goal was to remove all grass and replace with flagstone patio areas and stone along with low-maintenance shrubs and plants. Our attached neighbours also used Outberg to build a similar flagstone patio in their front yard. Robert is a people-person that interacts with his customers with incredible patience, provides good alternative ideas and advice, and has great customer rapport. We are very happy with the outcome, the fair price and the extra efforts that Robert and crew (and Susan in the back-office) put into their work. We highly recommend Outberg for any landscaping project, big or small.

Our experience with Outberg was fantastic from start to finish. They promptly responded to our request for a quote, asked pertinent clarifying questions, and provided competitive pricing. Susan provided exceptional customer service and communicated professionally and quickly. Robert was very knowledgeable about the trees we requested and provided great information to us to ensure we are able to provide the best after care for our newly planted trees as possible.

We received excellent service from Outberg Landscaping. Robert and his crew worked diligently through 30 degree temperatures to remove an old tire and tree stump from the backyard. The yard was transformed into a beautiful space and we couldn't be more pleased.
