I highly recommend Luke and Scott of Pascucci Contracting. They are prompt, friendly, and professional.
There was a problem with the stain (not their fault) on the new hardwood in the foyer, but they sanded it all down again and re-did the floor.
They weren't happy until we were happy - which we certainly are.
I would employ Pascucci Contracting again in a heartbeat.

Luke Pascucci provided the most courteous and professional service one could expect from a contractor chosen from a website, with no prior knowledge on my part. Luke was prompt in his email replies -- usually less than 2 hours - always with answers to questions and addressing other issues I had as a potential client. He arranged pre-viewing of the project, which involved installation of laminate flooring in three bedrooms in my newly-purchased house in Waterloo, and followed up with that meeting at the scheduled time. The work was completed quickly and right on schedule 2 days later. The extra service of quarter-round installation was done to perfection with great attention to details on the end cuts - all of which were angled and finished with the rotated small end piece! I was amazed at how quickly the job was done, and how neat the entire project was from beginning to end, including the attention to keeping the house clean despite all the up and down with the staircase. Luke's assistant, Scott, was likewise professional throughout the entire project. I would hire Luke Pascucci for any future project I might have without hesitation!

I sent Luke a message on trusted pros to do some fixing around my house before my husband and I sold. He replied within the same day and set up a meeting for the next day.
I had Luke replace the flooring in the basement as well as trim, and put a backsplash on in the kitchen as there was none previously there. I also had Luke replace some ceiling fixtures to more updated ones as well as change the receptacle switches to the modern decor style.
Luke also did some drywall fixing on small areas in the house and it looks great! After we painted it we could not even tell there was ever anything wrong.
All in all very happy with his work and would recommend to friends to do small odd jobs around the house and bigger projects. was very well priced as well

Luke responded to my request the same day. We set up a meeting for the next day so he could see what I needed and to prepare a quote. The quote was emailed the next day. Very competitive quote. He was able to save me money by assembling the custom cabinets himself. Work started a week after he received the cabinets. Completed on time and on budget. Luke is very pleasant and punctual. I was very happy with the final project. My kitchen is beautiful. I would definitely hire Luke again and refer him to family and friends.
