Plastering is a lost art. Old lathe and plaster walls are now fixed with a mix of drywall and a lot of drywall compound mixed to different consistencies to fill in the gaps and leave you in awe, wondering if there was ever even a hole / damage.
We're experts in quality finishings W can not only make your ceiling smooth, but also flat. Make sure your contractor will do both. Ceilings are coated 3X, not 2X. We're fast, we're friendly and we'll prove it. :)
Mould is a Biohazard and shout be treated appropriately. A significant amount of clients coming in for drywall repair end up having mould remediated by us before getting the drywall repaired. We're a one stop drywall and mould shop.

| Warranty | Warranty Details - 2 Year Workmanship Warranty What is covered? • Defects in the work that may develop • Tape was not put on before mud • If we had done drywalling: lack of screws causing drywall sheet to hang loose • Failures or oversights leading to deterioration of the final product Does not cover: • Minor potential touch ups on the work. It is up to the client to perform an inspection prior to signing post-work signature. This signature verifies that you've inspected the work and are satisfied and that the technician does not need to come back perpetually. • Work against industry standards Such as putting Drywall compounds directly up to wood, metal or any other material not specifically designed for use with drywall or its compounds. Adding more coats than recommended. • Cracking or deficiencies due to elements (outdoor) Pertaining to garage jobs or outdoor jobs. It is recommended to apply a very high quality paint to seal the drywall and prevent humidity from penetrating, at least from the front. It will likely still be able to enter from behind as the garages, heated or not are in a state of constant flux in temperature, with doors opening and closing. Drywall and mudding work failing around windows due to windows being left open is not covered. This is not a workmanship defect. • Materials Failure Should a product in your home fail as a result of our work, this is not covered. If the material failing was one installed by Patchboyz, the repair will be covered. Other materials are not. Examples are MDF or other materials swelling due to humidity in the home, sealed or not. • Failure to upgrade to recommended standards With most repairs, we apply only a primer or basic flat white on bathroom ceilings unless the client has upgraded, as per recommendations. Within the quote, it is recommended that the client upgrade to a proper bathroom and ceiling paint. (This is not the full warranty - Trusted Pros limited the characters) |
