The garden wall (1 ft high X 60 ft long) strip down was good. During the repositioning of the retaining wall I pointed out to the crew and the supervisor that there were gaps between some of the supports and this would cause the garden soil to be washed out by heavy rain onto the interlocking deck and swimming pool areas. I was assured by the supervisor who was the company owners son, that it would be fixed. When the support wall was approximately 70% complete with 50% of the top finishing slabs glued in place, I was still able to insert a mixing stick through the retaining wall and into the garden soil. I asked the crew what they were going to do about it. They were without a clue. I called the supervisor, who was only there earl morning and at the shift end. He never returned my calls. I instructed the crew to correct the gaps for the support wall which was still to be assembled and I made some pressure treated inserts and positioned them behind the gaps on the section already glued. The crew finished the wall and the sanding, which looked reasonable. The supervisor arrived and I made him aware of what had taken place. He said that the crew had made the correction and I agreed that the work looked okay. I paid the balance of the bill and the supervisor left. Two days later while watering the garden, it was evident that some soil was being flushed through parts of the retaining wall. I also found that one of the retaining wall supports (12 inches wide) had not been installed and was lying behind the fountain. Obviously not installing 1 foot of the 60 ft retaining wall creates the equivalent of 12 inches leakage. I have called and written to the company for the last two weeks and have not had a single response. Speaking with a neighbor who also used Paveway, I heard similar complaints about the competency and oversight of the work
