The roof still continued to leak. They have not reimbursed me for the work that they did even though they claimed they gave a 2-year guarantee. Nor I have been reimbursed for the damages that resulted from their shoddy repair job of the roof. I have pictures to show hoe they repaired the roof and it was done badly. I could see the nails through the shingles.
Basically they don't know what they are doing and now don't even return my phone calls. One month later I am out by $1500 and have not been reimbursed for the original; shoody roof repair job.
Their response was a month ago. It is June 2, 2009 I do not have a refund for the initial work they did for which they promised a full refund (on May 5, 2009). I have called them and left them a message several times. The BBB which they claimed they were a member of at the time they did work for me has called and left several messages to no avail. They did work foe me on 10th of March 2009. They were notified that I wanted my money back as I had to hire another contractor to redo the work they initially did on 1st of April 2009. They keep telling me and the BBB that they will send a cheque but two months later I still have not seen the $475.45 that they charged me for to fix the roof which came with a 2-year workmanship guarantee.

Our position regarding this complaint by company policy, has been the customer has been notified, based on our investigation, the terms outlined in the contract have been satisfied, our requirement to the customer based on what the customer specifically asked for and signed for. We have gone to extreme lengths to try to resolve this problem she claims, but to no avail, she still claims we did shoddy work. We a have been in business since 1982, and every so often you come across a difficult customer. So in our defense we have sent out a letter of statement along with her full refund. We have had great success and pride ourselves on our craftsmanship. We understand that some customers along with some contractors can be difficult to work with. We have an excellent track record and would like to keep it that way. We are in the process of having this complaint removed, we would ask you not to judge us on one customer, we have many satisfied customers & repeat customers. We thank you for time and concern.
