Peter and his crew were polite, professional, fast and built a high quality fence for us including 3 different types of gates. He knew exactly how to do what I asked him for as one of the gates we needed had to be a specific size to allow for rv access. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for good quality work, and a contractor you can count on. Their prices were reasonable and they knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up on time, and put in a full days work. It is so great to find a contractor you can trust to get the job done right! We will defiantly be using their services again when we built a deck.

We experienced water leakage which caused severe damage to one of our basement bedroom closets including the presence of mold.
We contracted Pemadale Construction to do the restoration work and the remedial action on the mold.
I met with Peter Campbell, one of the owners and we discussed the required work and ultimately the estimated cost. This included the need for a sub-contract to build replacement shelving for the restored closet space..
We were very pleased with the overall undertaking and with the end result of the project. The initial discussions regarding the project scope and the cost estimates where clear and concise. The cost estimates were accurate and the timeline was quite acceptable.
The end result - We will continue to use this company for our future requirements - in fact - we are currently obtaining a quote from Pemadale to reno own luandry room.

I have used Pemadale Construction on 4 jobs both for my current residence and rental property. On all 4 jobs they first quoted the job using reasonable assumptions then came back and worked with me to get the quote within my budget by being creative to eliminate pieces that were nice to haves but not need to haves. In all cases they completed the jobs on time (or earlier) and on budget. In the case with our home, it was a fairly big reno and there were a few unknown items that popped up along the way, but Peter was always communicating with me so there were no surprises. They are easy to work with, professional, trust worthy and creative! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again!
