Being a trades person myself, i usually dont write reviews on other trades. I had a tile and grout problem on a fairly new home . I paid top dollar for a high end built home which it is but i had a problem with hairline cracks throughout the shower enclosure. Len explained to me what the problem was and repaired it perfectly. The repairs were done 2 years ago and everything is still perfect. He is very polite and fair on his prices and most important he is a true expert in his field. If your looking for quality call Len.

Peninsula Home Services is owned by Len Woodward, one of three industrious men who is very professional, hard-working, polite, attentive, detailed and honest. I enjoyed having them work in my home and appreciated their efforts to clean up and keep the work area organized and uncluttered. Len also employed several creative problem-solving measures to unforeseen issues of my project. He stuck to his quote and offered several options each step of the way. My tiled shower, floor and creative features are so compelling to view and the comfort of its construction that I now take very long showers. I cannot believe how beautiful it is ! Len and Scott installed a new tub and did the tiling for us. They were polite and efficient. The end result is great. They cleaned up after themselves after. Were trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

I hired Peninsula Home Services to tile my fireplace surround and hearth. Before the job, Len came over and consulted on what my vision was and how he would achieve it. He brought over samples to help me decide on finishing edges and grout. There were some complications with the supplier about a part that was unavailable. Len went out of his way to find the part, have it promptly shipped and made time to accommodate my busy schedule to finish the job.

Len was very detail-oriented and took his time to make sure all his cuts and placements were perfect. I was very impressed at how he never cut any corners even after working an 11 hour day. I will definitely be hiring Peninsula Home Services again and would 100% recommend them.

Len and his team did a great job! On time every day, worked with us to answer any questions or concerns. Tile came out great and our new tub is perfectly level and does not flex like our old one. Great installation!

Len and his crew did a full bathroom reno for us, walk-in shower, walls, floors and hardware. They were on time, polite and professional. We are very satisfied with the finished product. Their references for follow up work (countertop, glass) worked out equally well.

The tiling that we picked for our back splash and feature wall behind the stove and chimney fan were small glass pieces that were not only expensive but needed precision measurement and cutting which Len Woodward accomplished with nothing less than the utmost professionalism and skill. The commitment to detail and quality craftsmanship literally took the stress of our Kitchen Reno out of the picture, "JOB WELL DONE!!!
