Perfect Renovations Group

I was pleased with the quality of work both in the painting as well as my kitchen renovation. We were able to change our kitchen layout and get much more cupboard and counter space.

The ceramic plank flooring they installed is absolutely great.

I will be doing more renovations after Christmas and it will certainly be Perfect Renovations Group that does the work.

They tell a great story until they start taking your money. We were assigned a project manager, who then quit the company and we were not informed and a new project manager was not assigned. After weeks of e-mails, text messages and leaving voicemails, we found out a week before our project was scheduled to start that he was gone and that none of the trades had been scheduled. It also seemed that he had left without leaving notes or instructions for anyone in the company, or otherwise that no one at the company took the time to inform themselves, so we essentially had to repeat ourselves over and over to one person after another. Our project went well beyond the projected timeline - costing us extra time off work, and meaning that we lived in a construction zone with our toddler. The trades who were sent did not know what they were to do, did not have the requisite tools or supplies, sometimes did not show up at all, were scheduled in the wrong order so frequently had to come back repeatedly to actual do their work. Additionally, when it came to invoicing, they were unable or unwilling to provide any supporting documents to explain the charges from places like Home Depot. Ultimately, their services are FAR from perfect in spite of the name.

The staff at Perfect Renovation Group were fantastic! Right from the moment I called for a quote until well after the projects were complete!! I would recommend this company to everyone I know!! They are kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable! They pay close attention to every detail!!

July 13th, 2015: Long story short, this is day 40+ of a 'three day' paint job. They sent a sub-contractor with no ladder to my home on June 4th to start work on the exterior siding of my home. When he returned to my home - after a few 'no-shows' he had a ladder, but no pads or other accessories for the top of the ladder to prevent it from causing dents on my siding.

He said he had '20 years of experience', the ladder wouldn't damage it, but it did. Now I have one sloppy coat of paint on my home, drips of paint/running paint/paint platter/blistering paint and dents on my aluminum siding caused by the painter.

The company's response for the most part is that they want me to pay for the repairs (in an email they said they'd 'bill me separately' for the repairs) and they want to silence my reviews, which are the truth as I see it.

I do not want one other homeowner to go through what I have gone through with this company - it has been a nightmare.

My advice to other homeowners is to carefully read every review available about the company, and ask for references. When the painter arrived to my home without a ladder, and didn't even know what he was at my home to paint, my instincts told me to stop the project. I wish I had listened to my gut reaction.

I've lost money, my home is damaged, and it has been endlessly frustrating dealing with Perfect Painters.

Perfect Renovations Group has painted my main floor there quality of work was spot on, they stayed within my budget very prompt and very clean. There staff was very courteous and helpful. My home looks beautiful !! I would highly recommend this company . Thank-you again to all the staff at Perfect Renovations Group.
