Perfect Turf - Vancouver

Professional from start to finish. Came to look at job and provide quote at the time agreed.

E-mailed a day before to remind us they were coming, and the approximate time. Arrived on time. Worked steadily through the day and completed the job on time. The 3 people who did the work were friendly, courteous, diligent, tidy and thorough. We are very pleased not only with the finished product, but the complete lack a hassel with the whole process.

We had artificial turf installed in our backyard last summer and I am very pleased. Their young installers were hard working and courteous. Their installation was excellent because there are no straight lines only curves because we have Quickcurb so it wasn't easy and straight forward. I think what sets them apart is their product.I have seen several other turfs and there is no comparison. After this winter with all the snow pack, rain, and removing leaves and debris it looks like it could have just been installed. Between the product and workmanship I would highly recommend Perfect Turf for your new lawn.

I had Nafe come for a quote for turf for my front lawn. He was professional and very easy to chat with. I was impeessed with the price he offered and the quality of the turf.

Installation was booked for a monday and to my surprice my from lawn was prepped and leveled out the friday before. On the day of installation Nafe came with two employees to ensure that the job would be done properly. The two employees remained at my house for at least 12 hrs installing!! They were super friendly and happy to stay all day as they wanted to be as detailed and maticulous as possible.

I have had many people tell me they think my turf is reall grass. I can not be happier!

We did our homework to protect ourselves from being sold the wrong kind or inferior quality. Perfect turf rep Janene started by recommending only the right kind and top quality. The price quote was good and had no surprises.

The installation was very professional and as per agreed dates, we feel we got good value for every penny spent.

Family and friends are considering for their yard.

Thanks to the great results of a neighbour's lawn bordering the street, we asked him if the expense was worthwhile and if he could recommend the company that had so quickly completed the work. I say quickly because it didn't take many days however the crew worked from dawn to dusk for the contracted price.

With last year's watering restrictions and the super heated pavement from the street, our grass was fried. We didn't want to resod if the same restrictions could be put in place again this year. I will soon have more room in my garage after I give away the mower, fertilizer and seed. And we feel pretty smug when we hear our neighbours fire up their machines.

Nafe and Janene are very enthusiastic about their product and provided great service.

There are now 3 homes on our street that have switched to Perfect Turf and more are knocking on our door for information!

From the initial estimate / quote to the final installation, we were very pleased with the service provided. Janene at Perfect Turf was thorough in her estimate and explained in detail the product and the process at installation. The crew that came to do the install (Trevor, Tyler and Josh) were excellent. They worked hard and were efficient and cleaned up after they finished. We are very pleased with all aspects to get to the final product.

Everyone who we were in contact with at Perfect Turf were friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Our front lawn was covered in moss and in the rear was a bog when it rained and only weeds would grow under the trees. I got quotes for artificial turf and chose "Perfect Turf" because 1) they were the only ones with a storefront. 2) the cost was the best 3) drainage in their product was better than the others.

It was a two day job but Nafe was very willing to work scheduling around others on the site. The finished product is excellent only needing a lawn blower when required. There are no more drainage problems. We are very pleased with the results and so are our neighbours! My only regret w=is not having it installed years ago.
