Perimeter Contracting

We hired Brian and his team to design and build a new deck in our backyard. Our old deck, laughably small and rotten, needed a massive upgrade and we sought many quotes and ideas from various contractors. Brian's ideas were excellent, creative and affordable. He worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got the right deck for us that met our budget and needs.

Brian and his crew worked hard and quickly, while also taking the time to do the job right. He worked with us throughout the process to ensure our complete satisfaction with the work and his team were professional and polite always.

To say we are happy with our deck is an understatement. We are in love with our backyard space, which is now inviting, fresh and of extremely good quality. We know this deck is built to last and Brian's design is brilliant. It's something that will last us for years and years to come.

Brian designed and built our cedar deck. He put in 4 planter boxes with lights on the sides, a bench to sit on and the steps have lights in them. Our deck looks like it should be in a magazine, especially at night when the lights are on. Brian also did trim work in our basement. We had 2 bathroom mirrors that we were considering ripping out but Brian put frames on them and they look fantastic. We highly recommend Brian.

Brian and the Perimeter team gave us our backyard back. They designed a space safe for our children and stylish to suit our taste. The finished deck was beyond expectations, with many custom finishes. This renovation now allows us to enjoy our backyard with family and friends for years to come. Thanks Brian!!

We first hired Perimeter Contracting to remove and replace our old fence. It looks great, very sturdy and they worked well with our schedule since we run a daycare at our home.

A year later, we hired them again to do our front porch and it turned out better than we expected. Complete with planter boxes built in, angled stairs, and added rough iron accent pieces in the right places to give it the perfect unique look.

We contacted Brian at Perimeter Contracting after seeing a front porch he built in our neighbourhood. He did a fantastic job for us - the porch looks great, he was diligent in his work despite terrible weather and he is meticulous. We have had many favourable comments about the porch. A bonus is that he's a really nice, polite guy. We will hire him again and highly recommend him to others.

We were extremely satified with Perimeter Contracting from start to finish. Brian presented us with a unique design for a multi-level deck which was then constructed to the highest standards. He is very conscientous, friendly, knowledgeable and takes great pride in his workmanship. Not only do we love our new living area, but we have received endless compliments. We had a unique privacy problem in our back yard, and we had no idea what we would do to solve it. Brian designed and built exactly what we wanted without much guidance from us. He built a beautiful, well built privacy wall beside the patio that looks great and solved our problems. He showed up for the job exactly on schedule, worked through some bad weather and got everything done on time. We are not sure if Brian is an artist or a carpenter. Great job.
