Perimeter Contracting

Brian and his crew did an excellent job on 2 projects last year. They replaced the wooden treads on our outdoor metal staircase and part of the pressure treated lumber around our pool deck with plastic lumber. This year we have another project for Brian. We certainly recommend Perimeter Contracting.

Brian does a great job putting together what you're wanting him to achieve for you. Communicates in a timely fashion, and holds true to his word. I had him do my deck one summer year, and the fence the following summer year and the whole process from start to finish was flawless, and I'm super happy about the work performed. Highly recommend him and his crew.

When we had a design that we envisioned, we were given 3 ideas drafted, We told Brian we had a hot tub that we wanted on the deck. He built us a fantastic deck that is solid and we use it every day in the spring and summer. Even during the Covid lockdown he gave us up-to-date information when the build could be done, and within a few days we had a beautiful new deck built.

One thing I was happy about was there is no surprises. I was given a price and the price didn’t go up and I was given a time and it was done by that time, so I’m very happy with the job.

Brian and his team did a great job on our deck. On his first visit he discussed the pros and cons of pressure treated vs composite and took some measurements. We decided to go with composite and on his second visit he brought us a CAD drawing of our deck (which gave us confidence in the quality of their work) and a quote along with samples. He gave us a timeline which he met. (Actually a few days early). We often had questions and made a couple of minor changes prior to and during construction but that was never a problem. Brian was easy to work with through this process.
