We were highly impressed with every aspect of the project from start to finish. The Company Principal took great pains to explain the process and was attentive to our questions and concerns, often responding well beyond normal business hours.Timelines were always adhered to.

Overall, the Company performed well above our expectations which is refreshing in this day and age.

The guys at Perimeter are great to work with. They worked hard and got the deck done in the time frame they said they would and it looks great! There were a couple of issues with he slope of the existing concrete slab and they were handled very professionally. I also like that suggestions were made along the way to improve the overall look of our deck. I highly recommend Brian and his crew.

Brian was thoughtful, creative and professional through the whole process. He was very flexible and understanding any time we tabled adjustments as construction progressed. The job site was left impeccably clean post construction. He treated us fairly and we would recommend his team to anyone.

Our contractor recommended us to Brian.

Our situation was unique, in that we have a sloped backyard and a garage door that needed to be accessed.

Brian drew up preliminary plans, which we reviewed and finalized together.

His crew was very work-oriented, skilled and professional . We referred to them as a "well-oiled machine.

Several unexpected happy surprises:

1. No butt seams on entire deck.

2. No nails, all screws

3. Liner was added to our built-in planter

4. All steps were fully enclosed.

5. Hydro and exhaust pipes were concealed with a privacy wall.

6. Area was left squeaky clean at the end of the build.

We were sprucing up our backyard and deck. Brian coordinated well with our concrete contractor. Perimeter Contracting did quality work in a timely manner even when we made a few change. We would definitely use this contractor again.

We were very happy with our experience with Perimeter. The guys didn’t have the best weather conditions to work in but they completed our new deck a lot quicker than we anticipated.

We would recommend them to do any deck job and if neeeded we would definitely use this company again.
