They did a great job with our decks!!! Removal of the old deck and construction sites were always kept clean and organized...a sign of true professionals. The decks have beautiful crisp lines, tight corners and trim...We are very pleased with Perimeters' work!!

We engaged Brian in June 2018 to build a backyard deck that would accommodate a newly installed hot tub, and also fit in with a raised portico outside our kitchen. My husband and I had some ideas on what we wanted (3 separate areas at different levels, and some planter boxes). Brian was able to take our ideas and come back with a plan that the 3 of us re-worked until we were satisfied.

Brian and his team were great to deal with all phases of this project - they were prompt, courteous at all times, and very professional. The team worked tirelessly in the extreme summer heat - I did not envy them having to dig 45 post holes in +85F degree weather; they cleaned up the work area at the end of every day - never left a mess behind.

As the work progressed, the team came up with good ideas on how to set up removable sections to give us access to the hot tub control panel, and also the window well.

The new composite deck looks amazing and should last maintenance-free for many years. We are very happy with the work done by Brian and his team and do not hesitate to recommend him. In fact, we have engaged to complete some fencing this month.

Excellent work on outdoor deck. Completed with laminated material. Work was completed in the desired time frame. Price of the project was very fair. Very good clean-up of the project and very good follow up.

The guys at Perimeter Contracting built us a raised deck at the back of our house. From quote to install to finished product has been a smooth and painless process. Dealing with the owner, Brian, was easy and he was straight forward with the process and if there was any delays.

The guys building the deck did a great job and when the project was complete, they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. They were all very nice and gladly answered any questions we had.

The construction of the deck seems very good with all the supports they used, we are looking forward to many years of use with the deck. We also went with the water proofing option Brian offered to allow us to sit below the deck even if it's raining, very cool.

I would not hesitate to use them again for a future project or refer them to friends / family / neighbors.

Brian and his crew built an elevated deck off of the main floor of our basement walkout ranch. The crew was professional and prompt, and left the area clean after work was completed. Brian from Perimeter Contracting helped us decide the best way to do the things that we wanted to do to our deck. He gave us a drawing so we could better understand and a reasonable quote. We needed some changes which he was willing to work on so that we would be happy. There were delays but he kept us informed on the reasons why and although we were disappointed, the job was worth the wait. The boys that worked on the deck were very pleasant, professional and tidy. We had some last minute adjustments which they were willing to do without complaints. We were extremly happy with everything they did and the end result was more that we could have asked for. We consider their work to be of high quality and would recommend them.

It's been almost a year since I hired Perimeter Contracting to build a fence around my yard. It was a large project with a gate, a vehicle gate, and two steep hills to contend with. Brian and his crew were excellent, worked hard, and went out of their way. One weekend during construction they even set up their trailer as a temporary gate so my wife and I could bring our dogs out to see their new yard. We were very touched by this.

After the fence was in, I contracting with Brian to finish our basement and to enclose an area under our high deck as a sunroom. Winter came early in 2017, but they kept at it through the cold and snow. By January, they had done everything that could be done before the Spring thaw. Work resumed in the Spring, but they had other contracts to fulfill, so it was at an understandably slower pace. By May all of the work was complete and I have to say now, 4 months later, that I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out. The fence is fantastic, the basement is fantastic, and the sunroom is fantastic.

Brian's sub contractors all did great work as well. I'd hire Perimeter Contracting again without hesitation if they could bear to deal with me and my peculiarities.

We recently finished our basement renovation with Perimeter Contracting. Brian was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He offered us opinions/options when requested but also keep our budget in mind. He was always available for questions and got back to us very quick. When we changed our mind or asked for something to be amended, Brian never questioned it.

As I had lived through reno's before, I was dreading the mess. Brian's crew was always incredibly respectful of our home and never left a mess behind, upstairs or downstairs.

His #1 priority was to ensure that we were satisfied, and we definitely are. We would not hesitate to hire Perimeter Contracting for our next reno and looks forward to working with Brian again.

We are completely happy with the new fence section which required coordination with the previously constructed fence. In addition, the work was done without damage to plant material in place.
