Finished on time and under budget. Brian and his crew were pleasant and professional. They were there to do a job, and do it right. I don't think you can ask for more in a contractor. We will be using Brian and his team again.

I couldn't be happier with the results! Brian and his team were amazing -- from designing the deck to making changes to suit my preferences -- I am absolutely thrilled with the final product!

I went away for a week on business and in the time I was gone they completely removed the old deck and finished building the new one! I'm extremely impressed with the attention to fine detail....it looks great! I just added my new favourite room to the house and would recommend Perimeter Contracting to anyone that would like to do the same!

Working with Brian and his team was great from start to finish. I have lived through several renovations now and I have never worked with a contractor who shows that much respect to the home and home owners. The worksite was always very clean at the end the of the day and the work was nothing short of spectacular. I would highly recommend Perimeter for any home renovation.

Perimeter Contracting did an excellent job on our deck and fence this past summer. Brian was very receptive to our requests and the finished product is exactly what we had in mind and of the highest quality. His workers did a great job and there was very little in the way of any mess left behind.We unfortunately hit a snag with approval from the city at the end, and while only small adjustments were required to bring it to code, it still had an impact on our bottom line.

Nevertheless, I would happily recommend Perimeter Contracting to anyone looking for similar work. Their craftsmanship is absolutely top notch and Brian and his colleagues are a pleasure to deal with.

Brian and his crew renovated our basement to exactly as we wanted it. He even accommodated a few adjustments to the plan after the project started. Our basement included a media area, wetbar and 3 piece bath with a full tiled shower. He directed us to some good quality local suppliers too who were also very courteous and thorough. We are very happy with the results.

This is now the third project we have had Perimeter Contracting do for us. We keep returning to Brian and his team due to the high quality work and attention to detail. We wanted to enhance our backyard to add privacy and provide a more inviting atmosphere. Brian and his team delivered and took care of all the details including dealing with the "One Call" requirements. Brian reviewed all of our needs to ensure we could choose appropriately. Our one mistake was not following his suggestion to also replace our side fence at the same time. Needless to say Brian was right and we will have him replace our side fence next spring. Highly recommended!!

Brian and his team did an excellent job building the deck to specifications. They were efficient and timely from beginning to end. There were no surprises when it came to estimates/cost.

When it comes time, I would like to have them back to do some fencing.

Perimeter Contracting did an excellent job on our renovation projects. First, as part of our basement renovation, we hired Perimeter Contracting to install baseboard and door trims. Everything went smoothly and efficiently - from getting quotes, starting the project, to completing it on time. We were so impressed with the quality of work that we hired them for two more projects - renovating our mudroom and building a pergola. Once again, it was wonderful working with Brian and his team. These two projects were also completed on time, within budget, and to our total satisfaction. The mudroom and the pergola both look awesome!

In summary, working with Brian and his team on our renovation projects was a great pleasure. When there were minor issues, Brian quickly addressed them and solved them to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire Perimeter for our next project. We highly recommend Perimeter Contracting!

Our porch is beautiful. The work crew was reliable and showed up on time each day & work steadily all day. They guys were all respectful, courteous and answered all questions. They were open to suggestions made along the way. Their craftsmanship in their work is excellent. They worked well together. They cleaned up at the end of each day, work week and at the end of the job. They did not rush the work. Brian came to check things out regularly. He was easy to contact to ask questions and quite open to suggestions. It took a month to complete, which we were fine with since we respected their knowledge on how things needed to be done to give us the final product we wanted. We cannot say enough about the quality of work given, both foundation and finishing work. We would recommend Perimeter Contracting to anyone who wants construction work done on their home. And we wish all of the guys on the crew much success.
