Avoid Phinesse Construction Group at all costs. They do very cheap work. Issues arose with flooring grout crumbling in my kitchen, stain easily coming of on the staircase, and cracks showing up throughout the house weeks after the work was completed. I brought up these issues to Steadman, it has been months and he has walked away from the job without doing a thing to fix the work that was done.
The stain on the staircase comes off on my socks every time I walk on the stairs. The grout has crumbled so badly in the kitchen that there are holes between my tiles (am now getting it repaired from another tiler), and cracks continue to appear throughout the home. I have brought forward all of these issues as they came up and Steadman avoids all emails, texts and phone calls.
Hopefully this review helps someone avoid all of the problems that have now come with using Phinesse Construction Group for my at home renovations.
This is a false review from a disgruntle client with a high case of A.D.D.D that no contractor will ever be able to please and she will keep calling with complains after you leave but when you are there, she is praising the work.

I was searching for a company to do a minor kitchen reno of removing a wall with a breakfast bar and replacing with an island. I contacted numerous companies and while some vaguely responded, Steadman of Phinesse answered right away, showed up to look at the job when he said he would, and provided the quote when he said he would.
Phinesse was the only company to do this and the estimate he provided was very detailed, left nothing out.
Very impressed with this company and Steadman!

It was amazing experience to work with Phinesse Construction Group.We hired them to renovate our bathroom and 3 bedrooms.After having few other companies give us estimate,Steadman had the best advice and solution.He and his team Tom and Rory did an amazing job.They were extremely professional ,knowledgeable and very easy to get along with.I would highly recommend them to our family and friends.And also to Jimmy who put the glass door in our shower.We enjoy every single day.Thank you so much guys!!!

We had a small basement renovation project, and Steadman was very creative in thinking about options that would provide us with living space, laundry room, storage and a bathroom/shower. He was responsive and easy to work with, and the price and time to completion were more than satisfactory--especially impressive since our house is more than 100 years old, and has layers of amateur work on electricity, HVAC and plumbing built up over the years. We would be happy to work with Steadman again.
