We hired Phoenix Renovation to build our pool deck in 2022 and we couldn't be happier with the results. Work was almost complete when the infamous May 2022 tornado came, which took our roof shingles off and broke massive trees around our house.

The deck didn't even budge!

This was our second contract with Phoenix Renovation, Restoration and Design. Having installed a new bathroom in our basement on the earlier contract, we brought them back to finish the rest of the basement. This involved installing a drop ceiling with pot lights and heating duct diffusers, creating an additional bedroom with closet, enclosing a storage space, building bulkheads, installing mouldings and laying a vinyl floor throughout. They did a terrific job and we are delighted with the finished result. Sebastien made many helpful design suggestions throughout the project and fixed a number of existing problems on the way through, always willing to go that extra mile. He and his associates are friendly, professional and extremely competent. We would be pleased to recommend them to anyone looking for renovations, major or minor. They are simply the best!

We hired Phoenix Renovation, Restoration & Design to install an additional bathroom in our basement. They have been wonderful! Sebastien consulted with us to design the perfect bathroom for the space, suggested modifications to the design of the space to make it more suitable for our requirements then provided us with a very reasonable estimate. The bathroom is now completed and we are very pleased with it. Sebastien and his associates performed superbly. They worked very hard, to very high standards, and have proved completely trustworthy. We suffered a number of delays caused by third party equipment suppliers but Sebastien was very flexible, adjusting his workplan and schedule to work around these obstacles. The bathroom reno included replacing: floor tile, vanity and light, toilet and doing plastering on the wall that I was not charged for. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and efficiency. Sebastien informed me each step of the way what was happening, even when he had a small accident with a couple of wall tiles that he replaced.

He did excellent work replacing all the valves for the washer and laundry tub, the tub, drainage pipes and three feet of water pipes for the tub. It was a huge improvement with original plumbing in a fifty year old house.

He also replaced all the ceiling lights on the upstairs level, first making sure they were the correct size.

I gave 4 stars for the communication before the projects started as there could be some improvement in the promptness but during the projects it was excellent and Sebastien kept me updated every step of the way.

I purchased an older home last fall and will hire Sebastien again for upcoming renovation projects as I trust his workmanship, expertise and efficiency.

Professional on time service have hired for additional jobs as he is a trusted contractor.

Overhead lamp was replaced as was counter, sink and taps. Tiles were removed and plaster was applied where necessary. Some plumbing done to disconnect and reconnect sink and taps. Work was done with precision and excellence!
