PJV Contracting is owned by Paul Vanek, sole proprietor. Paul and his wife have recently purchased and moved to new home in the Rivershore area along the river, having re-located from the lower mainland. Before moving to Kamloops, Paul had been employed by a major Vancouver-based building developer as a project finishing superintendent and quality supervisor. My projects were primarily wood-frame construction apartment buildings and townhomes.
Paul has extensive construction and construction safety experience, over 25 years. Paul is a certified log home and timber frame home builder, and has many years of heavy equipment operation experience. Over the years Paul has completed projects from simple home additions to overseeing the construction of 64 unit apartment buildings.
Paul is friendly, easily approachable and is happy to always go the extra mile for you.
All my equipment is either new, or in excellent condition.
