We cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Precision Carpentry. Not only was all the work high quality and looked excellent, it was done always on time. Kevin was always excellent at communicating with us and keeping us informed, and we felt really put in extra effort in the work he did. We had him add an ensuite bathroom and Reno an additional bathroom in our home, and will be calling him again for all future projects. Thank you so much precision carpentry!

Kevin Jackson did a beautiful job on my kitchen renovation. He listened to my ideas and made recommendations that I hadn't thought of, coming up with a design that was exactly what I wanted. Kevin is a perfectionist and everything was done to the highest standards. Having strangers in your home for several weeks can be stressful, but Kevin was a pleasure to have around. He was kind, courteous, and professional. The trades people he had in were also great, both professionally and personally. I would highly recommend Precision Carpentry to anyone.

This review is LONG overdue, I am so sorry for that Kevin.... Where to start, lets see, in December 2012 after the disaster made by my previous contractor, I was lucky enough to find Kevin of Precision Carpentry thru this website. I should start off by saying that my basement project was a disaster from the start, the contractor I used prior to Kevin was absolutely horrible, and completely un-professional. It took my existing contractor over 24 months to create the disaster he did, we finally had enough and started searching for new contractor. Kevin is a true pro, he walked into a basement which was a complete disaster, everything was wrong, not done to code, and had to be re-done including the electrical, plumbing, insulation and drywall, a complete overhaul was needed but Kevin was up to the task.

Kevin is amazing, he even went so far as to spend extra time drawing out cabinet ideas for the basement on his computer. He produced professional 3D models for us to see, and the job he did was spectacular. Keven was very cognisant of the fact we were sceptical of contractors, and he made sure we were kept at-ease thru the entire project. Kevin arrived for work every day at 9am and was done by 5pm and even worked late a few nights to get the job done on time for Christmas. Kevin is a true professional and the only contractor we will use for any renovations, he works VERY clean and each day he left the basement was swept, vacuumed and organized - it was such a relief to have such a qualified professional working on our home.

When I first met Kevin he provided me a huge list of other happy clients he'd done work for in the past, and his reviews checked out, everyone I called had only good things to say, without a doubt he's added another name to his list of happy clients. Kevin was very professional around our family and my two year old, hes great around kids, he's very clean, well mannered and a true professional. If you want your reno done right from the start look no further than Kevin of Precision Carpentry.

We’ve decided to renovate our house and started with the second floor which included the Master Bedroom, Ensuite, Walk-In Closet and Hallway. As we like modern, clean design and good work we were not looking for a cheap and fast solution but rather someone who could do the job right with perfectionism and motivation. I have never been so impressed with the people who worked in my home on my projects. Not only did they do the job in a timely manner (I was on a deadline to move in) but they never cut corners and produced a beautiful finished product. I have already recommended this team to many others and will continue to do so. They clearly meant what they said and said what they meant. They were fair and professional in every sense. Amazing...the cabinets have increased the value of my home! Kevin was very patient and courteous in addressing any concerns or questions that I had regarding the cabinets. He sent drawings of the cabinet floor plan via email in a timely manner. Kevin offered his advice & gave suggestions. I implemented some of the suggestions that he made ie. glass doors. The crown moulding is excellent - the workmanship is superb. Clean up was done every night before he left. The garage was cleaned at the end of the installation (the cutting was done here). Kevin kept in contact with me regarding any delays. I would recommend Precision Carpentry to others. They did a professional job!!!

I was very pleased dealing with Kevin Jackson. We had done a lot of the renos ourselves and he very graciously fixed our "boo boos" without coming right out and saying we had made mistakes. Kevin Jackson of Precision Carpentry has been to our home on two separate occasions: once for a complete renovation of the kitchen and dining room; the other time for a bathroom and bedroom renovation. He is without a doubt the most professional, courteous, hardworking, and I have to add best humoured contractor (believe me, sometimes you need a sense of humour during renovations) you will ever have the privilege of hiring for renovations or a home improvement project.

He works carefully with you, thoroughly going over every detail and budget of the project, and consistently checks to make sure that you are happy with the work being done. When the work is over, he stays in contact to make sure that everything is in working order and more importantly, if you're happy with the work that was accomplished. A contractor who doesn't take the money and run!!
