We have dealt with Precision Upgrading for over 10 years with various projects around our house. In the last 2 years Dan has remodelled our upstairs bathroom and our basement. The resulting work was outstanding. The work was completed to Dan's high standards and always includes the homeowners input. We are very happy with the results.

If you're a home owner, I'm sure you've experienced a not so great handy man that promises you the experience of your dreams just for you to receive an incomplete job with a bill unjust to the work done, accompanied by a broken spirit and stress. This is what I was experiencing before my mom referred me to Dan. Not only was he very professional, he was personable, precise and meticulous. Should have hired Precision Upgrading from the start as I had to fire my first contractor! Dan was polite efficient, and respectful of my home. The level of detail and workmanship is top notch. Even the dog loved him! Seriously though, you will feel like you got quality job and will call back for your next Reno. We did! After our kitchen Reno, Dan finished our basement. Another awesome job done! On to the bathroom!
