I had my new fence built by Premium Fence in November 2016 and had a great experience right from finding them online and using the website (great online map/quote feature!) to some follow up work 6 months later. Fast, efficient work that we get compliments on every time we are outside. I will be calling them again soon to do the other side of the yard. :)

A panel of my fence that had previously been installed by Premium Fence began to warp away and the boards in that section were loose. When I called, I was asked to email a picture showing the problem which I submitted. Premium very promptly set up a convenient time for Craig to come out and look after it.

Craig was extremely professional in trying to determine what was causing the problem and attending to it. I was very impressed in how he also looked at the rest of the fence attending to potential future problems.

I liked the fact that the crew arrived when they said they would; worked hard while here and completed the job sooner than the estimated time. The crew were friendly and professional and communication was excellent throughout. The fence is of high quality materials and the workmanship was excellent. The crew picking up the old fence did a fantastic job of cleaning my driveway afterwards.

Neil was excellent at putting up the fence, very hard worker, accurate and just a wonderful guy. A few things I had difficulty with and that was the scheduling, putting the cart before the horse. The tree removal and site preparation should of come before the installation of the fence. This wasted half a day or more and made things awkward. If you put up a new fence, wouldn't you clean and wash it after your finished?? Neil's assistant was good, but could have covered the more than 3 inch gaps from the ground to the fence. The final construction of the fence was very good.

The whole team was great. Very professional, good communication and tidy clean up. We were very impressed and would recommend to friends and neighbours.
