The crew were very good, and did good work. The problem was that the company quoted me a figure over the phone, ended up doing less work for me than in the original job (and the price of materials was 2/3 the price they estimated) and then charged me a reasonable fee on site reflective of the work and costs they actually did. I was happy...until they then added to the original invoice two weeks later to equal the original quote so that the total cost equalled the original quote! How ridiculous! If they are under-budget, they drift up to the original quote. But you can bet that if they were over budget they would not drift down. There is no problem with the work, but don't expect integrity from management.
