Primo Contracting made our dream home become a reality. We initially discovered Primo Contracting working on another project down the street from us. We appreciated the work quality on that particular project and approached them. We vetted Primo Contracting by interviewing past clients. We were impressed because every single family gave glowing reviews! Since then, the PRIMOCON team helped us find our property, design our home and build it. From beginning to end, the experience with PRIOMOCON and Robert specifically, was special.

Building a custom home is no small feat, and doing it during a pandemic presents extra, unique challenges. Primo Contracting team took every detail we brought to them, and did their best to make every item happen and gave invaluable suggestions a lot of the times. From design to execution, Primo Contracting team worked hard to make the process smooth.

Their tradesmen are all the best of the best. One of the things we appreciated most about this family-owned business is that they are always looking for the best in class, and were always open to our suggestions. We went with all of the Primo Contracting vendors, and Robert passed on their trade discounts to us. Which was amazing, we saved thousands. By the end of the process, many of the Primo Contracting partners felt like family. Our interior designer often commented that Primo Contracting team kept the construction site meticulous.

Moreover, Robert and Jim our project manager and site superintendent has been so integral, helpful, and responsive throughout the build process. They balanced all the changes and details that would come up, and most importantly he anticipated issues and helped us make important decisions. PRIMOCON stayed on budget and on schedule.

We've been living in our home for a couple of months now, and if we were ever to go through the process again, Primo Contracting will be our first call. We've already recommended them to all our friends and family.

Our old bungalow was getting too "cozy" for our growing family, with two kids and one more on the way. Also, my husband's mother sadly passed away and his father was left all alone so we invited him to share our home. We decided to lower the basement and create a separate entrance, which means underpinning the house - that took care of my father-in-law.

We also planned out a second-floor addition with an office, bedroom and an extra bathroom. It was a big project. We hired an architect and a builder and got all the necessary permits done. Unfortunately, the builder had sudden and serious health problems (like lots of people in 2021) and had to walk away from the project.

The architect recommended a replacement and set up a meeting with Rob and Jim from Primo Contracting. After a lot of consideration and few days of them coordinating the tradespeople, Rob called and said they will be able to get the job done for the same budget and keeping approximately the same schedule, which was a huge relief for us. Now nine months later the project is complete and everyone is moved in.

My father-in-law loves his beautiful independent apartment with his own entry and we love our second-floor addition, the oak stairs are beautiful the penny tile in the washrooms look amazing. We like everything. They also refinished all our trim work on the main floor, smoothed out the walls and repainted the whole house. After the siding went on it doesn't even look like an addition, looks like it's always been a two-story house. We are very happy with their work and appreciate them taking on such a complicated project in short notice.

After five years of procrastinating, me and my husband finally decided to completely renovate our 50 year old house. We were cautious and apprehensive because of the many horror stories you hear about renovations that spiral out of control in terms of cost and time to do them. Primo Contracting came highly recommend by our interior designer. She was right about them. What a wonderful and stress free experience. They guided us every step of the way, presented different options to make our home more energy efficient and soundproof. The new kitchen by Bauformat looks stunning. Surprisingly very reasonably priced for the German quality product. Their tradespeople are so friendly and professional. Now that our project is complete we really enjoy entertaining family and friends. Everyone who visits is very impressed. Will definitely use Primo Contracting in all our future renovation projects.

Midtown Toronto two story house. I hired Primo Contracting to do what's called a "full gut" renovation on my house, I also wanted my basement lowered by about two and a half feet. They knew exactly what to do, one by one, professional trades came and went, the project started to take shape, demolition, underpinning, framing, mechanical,... Everything was getting done and they were passing all the city inspection's with no issues. When it came time for finishes the guys at Primo really paid attention to the details and the house came out great, there's not a creek anywhere and everything looks level and smooth. The painters did a great job on the house and my new oak staircase. It was a good experience, I have been confidently recommending their services to family and friends.

My parents owned a large lot with a small bungalow on it in Newmarket. They have been living in it for a long time and had the house practically rebuilt about twelve years ago by Primo Contracting.

I bought my one bedroom plus den condo in Vaughan around that time. My family since grew and the condo got too small. My parents who always liked the suite and the location, offered a swap my condo for their bungalow and I jumped on the chance. My husband and I came up with a plan to divide the lot into two and sell one of the houses and leave one for us. After consulting an architect and drawing up the plan, about two years of waiting for the zoning change the municipality finally approved our plan and it was go time. Robert from Primocon has been the go-to guy for my parents for all their home improvements for many years so we called him up and gave Primo the project. The architect designed two very spacious modern houses and the lot is big enough for a generous yard for both of them. Primocon built them both exactly as on the drawings in less than fourteen months. There were no setbacks or mistakes at all, everything was very well organized and ended up looking amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the job.

The project required high level of expertise in excavation and underpinning, and Primo handled everything great. All the finish work is superb. We are very happy with our new finished walkout basement, its our favorite hangout spot now. Will be definitely recommending them.
