Did not finish the job! Al promised to come back the following season to fix defects (many wrinkles in the liner) and to install the safety cover (after Al ordered the wrong one THREE times). Fast forward to spring 2018 only to find the company's phone is disconnected with no explanation. Shameful attitude from Al Forsythe to leave a job unfinished. HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH! It's no wonder your business couldn't succeed with the poor communication skills and screening your customers phone calls via voicemail even at critical stages such as pouring concrete! Too bad you didn't quit a year earlier before we met you. The sad part is you could have turned the ship around and finished the job at least and you could have maintained some respect.

We had a very positive experience with Pro Pool & Spa and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for professional, quality workmanship. We have had many compliments on our backyard oasis that they created for us. I found them very helpful and always took the time to make sure we were satisfied every step along the way. They went the extra mile. We will continue to use their services for a very long time.
