Although the service technician arrived outside of the original appointment window, I was informed in advance by the dispatcher that the tech was behind by about 45 minutes. The service technician was very friendly, replaced the outlet, and processed payment in about an hour. The job was not cheap, but it was certainly professional.

Raj did the work the first day, he was very personable and friendly. Listened to what I had to say and then explained some things I didn't understand, gave me an estimate for the work, which I found quite reasonable. He returned, did the work with Ali and I have been pleased. There was a problem with one of the breakers and he came back three months later and changed the breaker for me at no charge.I would recommend them to my friends. They were efficient, didn't disrupt any more than necessary, all round good experience.

Yesterday while vacuuming I smelt a putrid fishy smell and discovered it came from an electrical outlet the vacuum was plugged into. I called Professional Electrical, my preferred electricians, and Raj attended today to investigate and fix the problem, he did both exceptionally well. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what had taken place and exactly what he was doing to rectify the problem. He also checked my fire alarms and changed the one that was beyond its expiry date.

Raj is professional and demonstrates his knowledge and ability very aptly. He is very personable and does not hesitate to respond to all questions or concerns.

Very good work, very nice people, and on time. I had to vacuum some wood chips and wire ends after they left, and I found it a little pricey, but it seems to be the going rate.

I would definitely recommend them.
