Property Rehab

We've used Property Rehab twice now. They did a great job meeting deadlines for upgrades my insurance company wanted done. They recently finished a much bigger job (insulating attic, painting, refinishing bathrooms, new flooring, installing new kitchen counters, new lighting, etc.). Sheryl, their manager minimized stress for me because she's really knowledgeable and just comes through. I find their pricing reasonable. Sometimes, they'll uncover an unexpected obstacle (e.g., original plumbing/wiring is in wrong spot for new fixture) and they are fair and care about your original plan. if something isn't right, they are patient and professional. They were hard working and a pleasure to have around. Our house feels new and looks incredible.

My husband and I are very happy with our renovation. Property rehab started our project on the start date they said they were coming. They kept us up to date on the progress, and always prepared any work orders in advance regarding any changes or add ons we wanted.... never any surprises!!! My husband was very particular on the finishing touches and Property Rehab was VERY accommodating and went out of their way to make us happy. Sheryl, the property manager although was very busy with 15 or so other projects on the go, was always available if we need her!!! She definately knows her work and is an asset to this company. Roger, the owner of rehab was on top of our project at all times. I highly recommend this company , and the fact that this is a company that RESPECTS its clients....Thank you for making our house a home to be proud of...

Had a great experience with property rehab, they were professional and completed things on time when they said it would be. Finishes look high end and if we had concerns about the work, they fixed it so that we were satisfied. We also had a couple of emergencies while they were working that was outside of the original scope of work and they didn't hesitate to help us out.

Would recommend this company and will have them back for future renovations.

We met with Roger and Sheryl and showed them our outdated main floor bathroom and original 1966 thin dining room window. After explaining what we would like done, they offered suggestions and some alternatives to make the outcome the best possible for us. We were given a well written contract which clearly provided an outline of the jobs, costs involved, payment schedule, items we were to choose for them to purchase, items for us to purchase and the final estimated total.

We were impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, skill set and attitude of every one of their staff. They always went out of their way to keep the area clean as possible and even installed the new toilet the same day as removal so we wouldn't be inconvenienced! Special shout out to Eric who is a fantastic tiler. He tiled the entire tub and shower including the ceiling, and created a fantastic backsplash for the vanity.

Due to one minor staffing problem, Sheryl herself completed the painting of the bathroom. Sheryl was always available by cell phone and usually ended up at the job site at the end of each work day to ensure that the site was clean and safe.

As with any project there were some "ups and downs" including some product defects. The team stepped up and was more than accommodating to ensure that satisfactory outcomes were achieved.

We would not hesitate to refer Property Rehab for renovations.

Of note, they are very busy, so you should plan on contacting them for an estimate as early as possible. No matter how large or small your project, you are treated as if you are their only client and what you want matters.

My wife and I recently had our kitchen renovated by Property Rehab. It was kind of a "long" and "dusty" process with the demolition and all, but it was well worth it!!!

We're very happy with the end result, the quality of their work and the communication process all along. I highly recommend these guys if you're interested in having real pros doing some quality work done to your home.

Property Rehab was great at making us feel comfortable with a very large project. Roger and team are excellent at what they do, this was no easy project. Although living and working in the basement during all of the construction going on overhead, they respected the situation with care. There were a lot of changes along the way and great suggestions were made to accommodate our ever changing minds about updates and upgrades. All of our concerns and wishes were met with professionalism and planned out with proper communication on an ongoing basis. Overall, we are very happy with all of the work performed and would highly recommend this company for any project big or small!

Property Rehab just completed our COMPLETE finished basement. Basement previously only had insulation (totally unfinished) and they have since completed it in full (approx. 1000sf of added living space) to feature a driftwood wall, customer bar area, customer bathroom, pot lights throughout, vinyl plank flooring, barn doors, gym mirror, etc. We could not have asked for a better company to complete the work. They had great communication throughout the process and peace of mind. This was our first basement finishing experience and they were able to take what we had imagined and made it even better!

Roger was awesome and truly cares about his clients. He knows what he is doing!

We made the decision to move to St. Catharines early 2017 and once moved started looking for home renovating contractors. We chose to go through Trusted Pros as we wanted someone with good reviews. We interviewed three with Property Rehab being the last to quote. From the moment Sheryl came to our home and went through all we wanted done, it was great. She was completely confident that everything we wanted done would be no issue. Our main concern was taking down walls for an open concept. We felt reassured and decided to proceed with Property Rehab. We met Roger, the owner to sign the contract and we felt even more confident with his knowledge and experience.

That was the best decision ever! We ended up redoing two floors instead of the original one and are ever so happy with the results! We basically have a brand new house. The team that worked on our home were terrific and became like family as we saw them everyday. They were always cheerful and willing to change things where needed. The communication with Sheryl was prompt if we had questions or changes.

We initially hired Property Rehab to only cap the stairs but after seeing the great workmanship and attention to detail, we requested that they complete everything. This included new rails, spindles, banisters, posts as well as painting and new floors. The end result was top notch!

The owner Roger has a great passion for providing the best service possible. He has a keen vision on how to make it look great as well as outstanding workmanship. Sheryl, the project manager, also has the same traits and fantastic communication, notifying me of the time the crews will arrive, how long they will be and what steps they are taking.

All the trades were polite, hard working and cleaned up as best as possible after each day.

I was really impressed with the attention to detail and timeliness. It was important to me to know timings and they never left me waiting. Roger and Sheryl inspected the site daily to ensure progress and to maintain quality control.

I was so impressed that even though it is a year earlier than I had planned I asked them to gut my living room. Not only did they come up with a great design but they are doing it at the time of my choice.

This company will not disappoint!

This was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had with a renovation. All my previous renovations were done as triage-- that is, I had one water disaster after another and I had to take care of it. This one, I wanted it done because I wanted it. I am planning on selling my house and this renovation makes my house sale bitter sweet-- I think the upgraded kitchen will be the selling point of the house. It is so light and spacious and the counter space is so well designed. The colour scheme and the extra touches ( window trim, back splash, beautiful counter) plus the flooring makes my new kitchen both calming and highly functional. I am quite bummed about leaving this beautiful kitchen behind.

I would be remiss if I also did not comment on the up front work when we were working out financial and design details. I always felt confirmed and never felt talked down to. All the other folks associated with the work--painters, plumbers, electricians, carpenters.. all gracious and cheerful and obviously enjoying what they do and doing it in a totally professional and high quality fashion.

All my photos are on my phone, but I know Roger has the before and after and if he wants to post them, he has my complete permission. It was quite the transformation!!
