Oh my gosh....I don't even know where to start with so many amazing things about Roger, Sheryl and their team. We could not be happier with the work that Property Rehab has done. They became like family. We renovated the entire first floor of our bi-level home....kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and front room/dining area. To say that Roger and his team exceeded our expectations is an understatement. My husband and I have never done or been through a renovation before. This was our first and we were pleasantly surprised at every turn. We are not naive and knew that there would be hiccups here and there, but I have to say...the way Sheryl responded to my concerns and came up with solutions - it just made me so much less stressed. She never made me feel like any of my questions were ridiculous.

Roger and I had a lot of the same visions and the renovation reflect that for sure! And the quality of work that Roger and his team completed is beyond fabulous. The site was always kept clean and the entire team was extremely co-operative and patient with us since it was our first reno, especially when my daughter came down with a respiratory infection. They were kind enough to pack up so the dust wouldn't affect her more. It was very sweet and we really appreciated it.

I wasn't made to feel a "bother" to anyone (especially Sheryl lol) and our first renovation became a great experience. Thanks for your patience Sheryl!!! :)

We are very happy with the fully finished basement Property Rehab constructed for us earlier this year.

First, the quality of the workmanship is top notch. Second, their staff, workers and subcontractors were professional and consistently cleaned up after their work. Third, the estimate was competitive and had a reasonable initial payment, and the interim payments were scheduled as work was completed. Fourth, they continually asked our input on specifics during construction, not making assumptions.

During the project Roger and Sheryl made suggestion/options, either within the contract, or ways to enhance the project, without us feeling they were trying to upsell us. Also, even when a subcontract did not clean up as was expected, they inspected, and cleaned up and dealt with their subcontractor. The overall project did take longer than originally planned, however, we did add items to the contract such as a brick façade electric fireplace, enhanced bar, upgraded shower, and wood flooring.

Overall we would hire Property Rehab again, and recommend them to our friends.

From a completely unfinished 1000 sq ft area, Roger's team delivered a beautifully functional living space: 3-piece bathroom, kitchen, exercise room, office, family room, finished staircase and three storage closets. Some of the work was custom, i.e. a tiled 5 foot shower, kitchen cabinet doors and a barn door installation to discreetly cover an electrical panel. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. The only issue was that it took 5 months plus to complete the job. With that said however, if you are considering a renovation or a new build, we are confident recommending Property Rehab. Sheryl in particular was amazing from start to end of job.

Roger and his crew came into my house after I purchased it to give me an open concept kitchen to livingroom! not only was the reno 1 month over the finish date he also taxed me an aditional 15k! at first everything was going great then roger became distant sending sheryl to talk to me ignoring my calls sending in all types of ppl to finish bcuz his ppl were incompitant of conpleting the task! he sent in a tile guy who talked to me about him having sex with his asian girlfriend which I was very insulted about!

roger also never completed my reno 2 years later still no cupboard doors kick plates back splash or trim!

his workman ship is very awful I ended up hiring another company and they came and redid everything! I wouldnt recommand roger to any1 like he talks a big game but I never seen him do anything once not even pick up a hammer nothing!

When looking for a contractor/ renovator to take on some projects at our house, we met with several companies and decided on Property Rehab- which was the best decision we made! Roger was always prompt and on time as was his team, they were great with communication and texted or called within minutes if we had a question. Roger listened to what we wanted in our project and did not to try to sway us one way or another. Other contractors had tried to direct us in decisions that we did not truly want.

Rogers team made us custom library shelves, a window bench, custom fireplace including mantel, and redid our master bath, along with several other smaller projects.

We get so many compliments on our renos and they have truly elevated the quality of our home. Roger works with a team of absolute pros and we can't say enough about the beautiful work his carpenter Rob does, the attention to detail in tile from Tommy, and the general attentiveness to every little detail from Sheryl. We made several changes and added on so many things in the process because we loved their work and they took every change in stride. We were provided with a written budget and fee schedule and in the end we knew exactly what everything cost and had no surprises. We never knew how stress free a reno project could be and we are already thinking up other projects for them to tackle. We are just so happy with our renovation and we highly recommend Property Rehab!

Roger has a great team! From start to finish they walked me through the process and were willing to work with my ideas. They are very knowledgeable and also made great suggestions. I was a little nervous finding someone online, but everyone was honest and I felt like I could trust them. All professional. I will definitely call them for any future needs!

We are so pleased with our finished basement!! My teenage children wanted their own space so our family decided to transform our unfinished basement into a casual entertaining environment. I hired Property Rehab in the past and was very happy with their quality of work, so it was an easy decision to hire them again. I am an interior decorator who expects perfection in every detail.

I have worked with many contractors throughout North America. Roger was patient and understood my attention to detail, primarily because he exhibits this quality in his own work. I intend to renovate my kitchen and master bath over the upcoming year and will again be retaining the expertise of Property Rehab. While these renovations are to improve the function or the esthetics of a space, they also increase the value of the property, for these reasons, you need to hire a professional with a proven track record of success.

Another amazing job. We first met Roger and the Property Rehab crew about a year ago. As a family with four young children and a partly disassembled kitchen, we were stressed when our original contractor backed out due to a personal emergency. We quickly called several other contractors and choose Roger as we found he was the easiest to talk to, was readily available to answer our questions, and was competitively priced. We were thrilled with the end product of our new kitchen, it turned our house into our home.

Less than a year later, we required an additional bedroom in our basement with an egress window. We called Property Rehab again without hesitation. We also had a powder room roughed in, flooring laid and our electrical panel updated. Again, we were more than happy with Roger and his entire crew. Everyone was professional, neat and had an eye for detail. We had multiple city inspections covering the framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, as well as a final inspection. The inspectors who came into our home seemed familiar with Property Rehab's work, they were in and out efficiently happy with what they saw.

Our finished basement is amazing. The window is much larger than we had anticipated, making the bedroom seem as though it's not in the basement. Having a shelf and rod installed in the new closet and a light in the mini hallway were extra finishings we hadn't discussed and were pleasantly pleased to find.

During the reno, we had the misfortune of having our main floor front load washing machine leak. Roger was quick to respond to his cell (despite the late hour and that the cause of the problem was unrelated to his project). He gave us directions on how to proceed and then incorporated the extra project of dealing with ruined drywall in the new room without complaint.

We highly recommend Roger and the Property Rehab crew. They have made both of our renovations surprisingly stress free while creating safe and beautiful new areas in our home that our family can enjoy.

We hired Property Rehab to renovate our house. We started from scratch and changed everything. We wanted the land but not the house so it was a big job. I can not tell you how happy we are. Roger is very creative and had some great ideas that we didn't think of. He would suggest a different option if certain things like for instance paint, so we didn't see finger prints and colors so the walls didn't look stark white, but soft white. He's very intuitive and was able to understand who I was and how I like things.

Property Rehab went over and above what needed to be done and was so proud to show us their work.

We had some uneven flooring which I thought I'd have to live with but they were able to fix it. We are so confident with Roger and his crew at Property Rehab that we are going to Belize and leaving them with a complete other renovation on a high end rental unit we own.

In the field of home renovation one quickly learns many hang the shingle and few can actually deliver satisfactory results.

Roger of Property Rehab was one of the people called for an estimate. He showed up on time the first time.

He listened! At no time did he seem fazed by the request of a chimney removal, taking down a wall, installing new flooring and installing a new kitchen in a near 100 year old house. When asked if the plan was doable or if I was asking too much, his reply was,"All it needed is a hug."

The quote provided came within the budget planned. One of the concerns was if Roger could think out of the box. Could the team at Property Rehab deliver a unique idea different than what was being marketed to the masses. Blending the styles of farmhouse, log cabin and hobbit is an unusual request. Adding to that was the ability to have part of the design moveable and everything double duty.

Between the signing of the contract and the start date Roger was very patient and caring handling many questions and concerns.I think I may have succeeded in driving him crazy with design tweaks over many e-mails.Yet, I was well cared for with assurance and confidence.

Start day came and a 5 foot woman appears with a jack hammer. I had never met a woman in construction. Sheryl proved she was a match for most men! Lets just say she is a powerhouse full of doable.There was no messing around.The chimney came down in no time flat.She proved her knowledge base with action. Down came a wall. Plaster ceiling removed. Drywall ceiling installed. And all with a smile! Getting to know Sheryl was a delight. Hard working, dedicated and great customer skills lay within her portfolio.

As a matter of fact, each member of the Property Rehab team proved themselves reputable and trustworthy. Even through the hidden surprises held within an old house. The unforeseen reared its ugly head and Sheryl kept in constant contact as the wiring problem was worked through.

I am still amazed at the beauty of the live edge counter top and copper sink. A lovely work of art fashioned by Rob, the cabinet maker!

Another amazing part was the flexibility provided to work with the home owner. Staying within the alotted budget proved a bit of a challenge as ideas flowed. I chose to make some of the accents myself which kept me feeling like I was part of this project. Roger and Sheryl remained supportive with guidance and help when needed.

The experience with Property Rehab has been so positive that plans are being firmed up for the renovation of the second half of the house with this company.As well as new front and rear decks.
