Roger is a very down to earth and approachable guy that deliveries what he says. If Roger says that a section of the job will be completed on a certain day, it will be completed on that day.

If we had questions Roger was always available to stop by and discuss our questions. Example: We had concerns with one of the man doors in the garage and it was corrected the next day. No questions asked.

Rogers attention to detail is above average. We supplied Roger with city approved drawings to build an attached garage. He went above and beyond and built us a new gate closing off our backyard. The gate was not on the drawings or the quote.

Roger and his team are a great bunch of people that truly care about their customers. Very happy with the final results.

My wife and I are new homeowners and we loved our house except for the hideous basement. We knew nothing about home renovations so we decided to hire a contractor to revamp our basement. After hearing horror stories from other people, we were very nervous about starting the project.

A quick search lead us to Trusted Pros and we found Property Rehab as the highest rated and most reviewed contractor in the region. We gave them a call and it was smooth sailing from there. Roger and his staff made us feel at ease from day one. They were always easy to access and receptive to our needs. Emails were often responded to within hours, even on weekends. Any concerns or questions raised by us were addressed immediately. Whenever we wanted to make additions to the project, Roger would quickly provide an updated quote and it was always fair and reasonable. His staff were efficient, polite, responsible and extremely clean! The quality of their work was outstanding, and we especially appreciated their attention to detail. Roger also knew we had a deadline for the project and pulled out all the stops to have it completed on time. We even made a (very) last minute decision to renovate our basement bathroom which he managed to complete in a flash as well.

All in all, we can't say enough good things about Property Rehab. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any project. Two thumbs way up!!!

Property Rehab recently took care of replacing a load bearing wall in our basement. We received our building permit very quickly (faster than expected) and the crew was able to work within our schedule to get the project done. Roger and Cheryl are concerned with details of their project, care about workmanship and are both responsive and flexible. It is not always easy to find these traits in a contractor. We also thought their services were offered at very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others who require any work done to their home, etc., nor would I hesitate to employ them again myself in the future.

Roger and his team made this a wonderful experience. He came out and gave an estimate and stayed completely within budget. He was always in communication stating what stage of the renovations they were at as well as what the next steps were.. It has been a pleasure working with him and would definetly use him again for any home renovations.
