Property Rehab

From our initial meeting Roger was very professional in how he looked after us. We had previously experienced the "contractor from hell" who left a lot of unfinished and poorly finished work. The previous contractor had been at the house for over three months and nothing was getting accomplished. Roger came in, assessed the situation and within a matter of a couple of weeks had the work completed and left us extremely satisfied.

Last September I hired Property Rehab to reconstruct a deteriorated front porch foundation wall that was bowing inward. I have to say I was more than please with Roger Provost and his employees. I have a back ground in Architecture and am a project manager with a larger area municipality working with many contractors and I found Roger's technical knowledge and professionalism to be exceptional.

Roger and his employees always conducted themselves in a professional manner and were very accommodating. They completed the project on time and on budget. It has been almost one year since the foundation wall was rebuilt and water proofed and its holding up well.
