From the very first phone call I made to Roger at Property Rehab, to the very last goodbye I said to him upon completion of my repairs, he was professional and honest the entire time! He has all the qualities that makes a contractor extraordinary. He is honest with his quotes, and doesn't make you do extra renovations in your home that you don't really need. He is fair and reasonable with his pricing, which is very hard to find in a contractor these days! He was always quick to answer or return my phone calls, and emails, which goes to show his dependability! He was very pleasant to work with, and I absolutely loved and appreciated how he explained in detail (in a manner a normal person, non-contractor would understand) all that was wrong with my garage issue, and gave me options as to how to go about fixing it. Everything about my experience with Property Rehab was perfect! :) home renovations and repairs aren't always the most pleasant thing to go through, however, Roger made sure my home repair went perfectly smooth! On top of his workmanship, he has a great attitude and is very easy to get along with, which is a great quality when someone is going to be working in your home.

Overall, I would recommend property Rehab to anyone looking to do home Reno or repair or even need an opinion on something! He is fantastic!! :)

We had met with 12 contractors and of the 12, Roger of Property Rehab was the ONLY ONE that stood out on every aspect. He listened to our concerns, he knew what had to be done, he presented various options, he worked well with the other professionals involved (ie. Engineers), he offered a burden free payment plan, he was very responsive and accommodating via email and text. It was disheartening to be told that we had a foundation problem and the entire house had to be waterproofed...a $25,000.00 project and we lost sleep! But dealing with Property Rehab we didn't think about the price tag anymore, instead we had peace of mind that our home was finally going to be fixed the right way!

Overall, in our years of working with contractors, Roger and the entire Property Rehab team were the best of the best!!!! Extremely professional and punctual....we almost felt like they treated the property like it was their own.

When the project was done and were extremely happy, we got our roof done and of course the experience was fantastic and in a day and half we had a new roof. Also, our property was left clean and you could not tell we had a major reno done. We would highly recommend Property Rehab because we know there is NO ONE like them! I found Roger Provost/Property Rehab through Trusted Pros and the previous reviews are absolutely on the mark. I originally asked Roger to handle a 10x12 foot garage extension and ended up also having him excavate and waterproof one side of the home's foundation due to water leaking in after a major storm. I had done the research (8 contractors/estimates) for the garage extension and they were either wildly overpriced or didn't understand my requirements. In both projects, Roger was very competitive with his pricing and kept his word with respect to the quality of work and timelines. Roger took the time to understand my project plans, suggested ways to stay within budget, was always accessible, professional, and held himself to a high standard of quality work. He always kept his word, no exception. Not only would I not hesitate to recommend him/Property Rehab to my family and friends for excavation/foundation work or general construction, I will be calling him again in the spring 2015 for further projects on the house. We hired roger and his crew to install an egress window for our basement. We had a deadline and I'm pleased to say he came through. Roger was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very informative and professional throughout the process. His crew was punctual and clean. He stuck to the original budget and it is clear that he takes pride in his work as all his work is guaranteed.I would not even bother looking for anyone else for future projects and highly recommend property rehab.

We were getting quotes from several builders for our second story addition and having done our research we knew that Roger's quote was reasonable and fair and his references checked out.

Our project is a 1570 sq foot addition in West St Catharines and involved adding three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a family room above the garage. It required demolition of the existing roof and the addition of the new structure on a complicated truss floor system.

During demolition Roger took all measures to protect our house inside and out, and took all caution with existing wiring, being careful to avoid cutting any existing wiring, helping us save time and money when it came time to electrical work. Having demolished the entire existing roof only one wire was cut and in a careful spot allowing us to put a junction box during construction.

The project is now almost 70% complete after only five weeks of construction. Throughout the project Roger has been professional, courteous and accommodating.

His insight and knowledge saved us thousands even before building of the second story began as he re-measured the house for the special order floor trusses with an engineer from the truss company as even the slightest error would have meant having to reorder the floor system or have it sent back to alter. These were measurements that our designer could not possibly take accurately with the existing roof still on the house, but Roger knew to re-check the dimensions in the plans, and it paid off.

Roger choses his tradespeople with caution and ensures that their work is complete and thorough. When there were bottlenecks with certain trades, others were brought in to keep the project on track.

He did the shopping around for us and has helped us save thousand off our budget, allowing us to install a new furnace and air conditioner.

I will write another review with more pictures when the project is completed, but so far it has been managed very well and we were very happy to have found a budget sensitive builder that takes pride in his work.

Professional from start to finish.

Roger came to our house and gave us a free estimate for some water leaking issues my father had in his basement. He is very knowledgeable about waterproofing basements. We hired him and he was able to start within a few days. During the time Roger was working on my fathers house my father had an injury and was in the hospital for a week. My father's house needed to be retrofitted to be more accessible for him upon his return. Roger helped us out. He put in the hand rails my father now needed to get around in his house. He also retrofit the bathroom to be more accessible for him too. All this was done during Canada Day Long weekend. I highly recommend Property Rehab and we will be using Roger and his team again. Great experience

Roger from Property Rehab built our deck and we couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship. Roger first came by and gave me a realistic quote that we could live with and stuck to it. Roger worked with us with our budget and even more important, we had a short time frame to get the deck built and Roger managed his busy schedule to accommodate us. Outstanding !
