Property Rehab did an outstanding job on our front deck it has really added to the value of our home and we have gotten quite a few comments on how well it looks. I would not hesitate to use Roger again on a future project and I would highly recommend Property Rehab.

Roger was professional and courteous from the first initial phone call - which he returned very promptly unlike some contractors who do not even return your phone call. Roger came out to my home to discuss what I wanted for the design and dimensions of the deck - he had great ideas about design and what would look good with the front of the house. Roger was able to work within our budget to give us what we needed and then some - his finished product shows the experience and knowledge he brings to the job. We are already thinking of what to do with our backyard for next summer and we will definitely use Roger again for that!

The work involved repairs to the floor joists that had rotted due to damp conditions in the crawlspace. I had problems getting any other contractor interested in doing the work (some wouldn't call back even).

Working conditions in the cold, wet crawlspace were difficult but the workers toughed it out and all work was completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard. Workers were on site each day on time and came back each day. They were dedicated to the project and they weren't pulled off to work on other projects. All workers were friendly and courteous. The six of us and our dog were able to remain in the house with little disruption during the project. I would highly recommend Property Rehab for similar work and would gladly use them again.

Roger was unfailingly good humoured, courteous, prompt and easy to work with. Living in an older, character home and owning a 100 year old cottage, I've hired many contractors over the years. For those of you with the same experience, you'll understand when I say that you just 'know' when you meet and spend a bit of time with someone during a quote, whether they'll be good for the job. When I met Roger, he clearly was one of those guys! Warm, very knowledgeable and interested in doing a great job for you without taking more money than necessary. My experience has also been that, being a woman, I usually need to be extra cautious with advice and quotes since the range of them can been pretty ridiculous. Roger totally won me over and I was so pleased with him that after offering him a small job of repairing a rotten, attic eyebrow window, I trusted him with rebuilding an exterior room at my hundred year old cottage. He had the experience and knowledge to give me the best advice with this unusual project and took the time to weigh the options and give me his recommendations which would be the best for the house as well as my pocketbook! I love that he is a contractor who can do it all so there are never any worries about hiring a separate plumber, carpenter, etc. I don't doubt that before long, he will have many loyal clients. Property Rehab did an outstanding job finishing my basement. House is 65 years old and the basement was unfinished and very damp.

Only a real professional could make this space useable. All of my expectations were met and exceeded. Not only is the space now livable, it's gorgeous. We were able to add 2 full bedrooms with walk in closets, a discreet 2nd laundry room, bar and fabulous family room. The space was completed by adding a gorgeous bathroom with a custom tiled walk in shower. Pride of workmanship is evident throughout. Completely thrilled with the result.
