David Nyman from Protech had our couches cleaned. He ruined one of the ottomans with a permanent pink stain. Rather than stand behind it, he claimed it was somehow done by a pet (pink pet?).
He sent his crew out to try and remove the stain again after a long argument. The crew actually increased the size of the stain by 75% (proving that it wasn't a pet but instead was his technique and machines).
David has refused to replace the ottoman and was very rude on the phone. I would recommend not using them for anything.

Absolutely first class job, Kim arrived on time, got to work immediately. The place looks like a new pin again! Would definitely recommend them. He got marks out of the carpet from old carpet tape from when we glued a rug over the fitted carpet, ostensibly to keep the carpet clean!
