We had issues right at the beginning of our engagement with the company. Getting the window installed took forever after taking half the payment upfront. Now two and a half years later, when the seal between the outside and middle panes on a three-pane window is gone, they want to charge for the labour to install a replacement. Up front, we were told the warranty included everything, windows and service, but now it seems the service warranty was only for two years. How convenient.
A year later we needed two more windows replaced. I called them, and they sent out the older gentleman, who seemed knowledgeable and informative, but we never got a quote from them. In the following weeks, I called several times asking for the quote, but no one ever responded. Right now, I'm glad they didn't, as I would be worrying about what it would cost if two more of their windows were to have problems.
As others have mentioned, Chris is the company's worst enemy. She is rude, gets triggered by the simplest of questions, and never returns calls left on her voicemail. I can only think that she is an owner; otherwise, any company with commonsense management would have got rid of her long ago.
All I can say is avoid this company, there are several better options in Edmonton and area.
