I can't say enough about Quantum Kitchen, Carlos and their team! The customer service experience was excellent and our new countertop is beautiful.

We had gone to 3 other companies to replace the counter in either granite or quartz. Quantum came in the lowest and quoted the same price for granite or quartz. Once we decided to proceed, they came out quickly to take measurements and once we provided approval on the color, the counter was fabricated and installed within 7 business days.

Much of our communication was via email; responses were prompt, clearly worded and courteous. In-person interactions were excellent - staff were always courteous, polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

All in all, it was a job well done with excellent customer service!

Start to finish was a delight to deal with. End product was immaculate and on time.

I had been waiting years to install a quartz kitchen counter top and was very pleased when I met Carlos who was very patient and knowledgeable. The turn around time was very quick. There was a slight miscalculation in the cut but Carlos and his team managed to cut a new piece within hours and had it installed. Excellent customer service!!!! Highly recommend Carlos and his team.

This is the 2nd review I am writing after I very clumsily damaged--- absolutely my fault ... My beautiful quartz countertop which is actually virtually almost impossible to damage ... But with a very freak accident. ..I did it... A small damage ... But I called you guys carlos ... And then stanley came and you guys are & were just so wonderful as you always are ... You completely. Fixed the damage I did without any problem and fit me into your very busy schedule ... I am and always will be so grateful to you guys... And I guess the only way I can think of to really properly say thank -you you is I really wanted to write this 2nd review after I had to call upon your company again... Because I really want people to know just know how wonderful and exceptional your company is ... And to not have any doubt in their mind that the only company they should ever call that they will be so so very happy and totally pleased and satisfied with the quality and professionalism & kindness & humility...And so live up to and deserve the choice award they received. Quantum Kitchen Countertops just installed my beautiful new quartz countertop and I am very pleased with everything about it and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Carlos and his team because they did an amazing job, were on time, offered excellent support, a quality product and installation at a price I could afford.

After looking at numerous other places and not finding anything we liked/could afford we were happy to find Quantum. Not only is the quartz they suggested beautiful, and the price excellent, their service is quick, professional and friendly. They even suggested a change on a non countertop issue that saved us from a lot of grief later on.

Carlos and his team - what a great experience after dealing with another Edmonton Company. Edmonton company (MG) ignored calls and texts - made the construction industry look bad but Quantum has restored my faith.

Carlos was professional, helpful, available & made you feel important - even though a small job that the Edmonton firm was to busy to acknowledge. The demo and installation of my broken marble and replacement quartz - fantastic job all around - it looks fantastic.

Would recommend Quantum to family and friends without question - they have the right attitude!

Carlos and his team were absolutely professional and knowledgeable. They put up with MANY emails and questions. The Quartz countertop was installed within a week of placing the order.

They knew this was a smaller job but still treated me like I was important.
