Lucas designed and built a self contained two bedroom apartment in our basement including plumbing, drywall, flooring, full kitchen and bathroom. He was reliable, very cost conscious (he actually saved us a lot of money by locating kitchen cupboards and countertops on kijiji as well as a full bath and shower unit on clearance). He was clean, quick and did a fantastic job.

Contacted Mr. Norman who was referred to me through another contractor to undertake a bathroom floor tile and tub surround for a client that I was doing an hvac job for. He was punctual and communicated what was going to be required he was given a timeline in which work was to be completed and he was able to complete the job well ahead of schedule and within budget constraints. Much to the pleasure of the client and myself.
