Thanks Trevor for your hard work in quickly and efficiently getting my old leaky eavestrough replaced! And when I had a little problem Trevor was here in under 15 minutes!! Amazing company that I would not hesitate to hire again!!!

We had multiple quotes and Adam’s professionalism was Above the rest. Personable, helpful, and patient. We were sooo impressed, that my other 2 neighbours went with Rapid Also at the same time. We had additional questions about leaks, NOT shingle related but he took the time to do a “on-roof” video inspection of the roof, and even advised us on our extra roof issues. ( we both agreed these were “unofficial” comments but soooo helpful. ) The crew Allan, Tannin, Cory and Darren, were excellent. Allan gave great advice, and even made a Saturday visit to confirm an item. We had a tight timeline due to holidays and they pulled it off. Little things included like sealing Bolts on the vents, NOT just a nail and caulk, super duper Turbo vents, and a eye to detail makes it easy to recommend Rapid Roofing to anyone.

I was referred to Rapid Roofing for Gutter replacements. Trevor was a pleasure to work with. He provided excellent solutions to manage drainage on my residence. He repositioned downspouts, and changed slope direction on gutters to prevent property damage to patios and cement driveway pads...at the same time rebalanced (equalized) the water load to each gutter.

Fantastic! I am looking forward to the next heavy rain! No more tidal waves off my gutters, and damaged patio and driveway!

Rapid Roofing and Repairs recently replaced our shingles on our roof and garage. #1, Adam was the only roofer who actually climbed on our roof tops to assess before providing us with a quote. #2, Adam spent over an hour with us explaining Rapid Roofing’s process for shingle replacement, warranty and follow-up. #3, Patty is a rockstar as she delivered the trailer for discarding all old material without any damage to our lawn or boulevard. That she knew my name was very sweet. #4, The crew was amazing! They were efficient, polite, cleaned up after themselves. They worked during one of our heatwaves. I asked if they needed anything and they were self-sufficient ensuring they were well hydrated. We have two large dogs and even though a couple of crew members were afraid of them, they were kind and soon realized the dogs just wanted to love them. #5, Adam followed up with a roof inspection and Laura, Jacqueline and Dan sent follow-up calls and emails regarding eavesdropping replacement and thank you for payment. We felt like we were important to Rapid Roofing and Repairs, we built a relationship and our business mattered to them. I would 100% recommend them for your roofing needs.

Company performed a small shingle repair on 2nd story roof. Very profession company, excellent customer service. Every person from admin, installers, service manager and owner were incredibly helpful and very easy to talk with about the repair and any concerns. Absolutely recommend this company. I contacted Rapid Roofing after a wind storm ripped off a section of our soffit. Our home is 7 years old and after contacting the builder and finding out the company that originally had done the work had gone out of business, we contacted rapid roofing. This is an amazing company to work with and does an excellent job. Personal contact with the owner, fast and comprehensive estimates, flexible timing per our requirements, three-step quality control and cleanup, excellent workmanship, top quality materials and competitive pricing. I don't know how they can do it and make a living, but they do!

Part of my home renovations included getting a high efficiency furnace and hot water heater in 2017. This allowed me to remove the chimney and rearrange the layout of my basement. It also created a chimney sized hole in my roof.

I used plywood and some shingles the previous owner had left which did not match my current shingles. While I did not experience any leaks, the result did not look professional. I was concerned what a home inspector might say if I was to sell my house in the future.

I contacted Catherine of Rapid Roofing and Repairs. She gave me a very reasonable quote for the repairs. Her roofer Alan contacted me and stated he was in the area. Allan assessed the roof and came back the next day and completed the repairs which included a better foundation for the roof and an exact match for the shingles.

I was very pleased with the results. I was WOWED when I received the invoice from Rapid Roofing and Repairs which included colour progress pictures of the work Alan completed. Talk about going the extra mile.
