Long overdue review for work in 2018. Richard is prompt, communicative, and professional. Very easy to work with. Once we completed walkthroughs and ensured we were on the same page with what work will be done and budget - I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Had his work cut out for him with the walls and all the repair/prep before painting! The place looked amazing when all finished - ceiling/wall paint, flooring, 1.5 bathroom renos, trim, light fixtures, doors, closets, etc. He was always available and responds to questions/concerns in a timely manner. I have contacted him since for small jobs as well since. Highly recommend.

Richard and his contractors did a great job finishing our basement. As we have an older home there were issues that came up. But every problem was addressed promptly and efficiently taken care of. We would definitely use them again.
