We had a great experience with R&D Customs.

We hired RD Customs to put in a new ceiling in our kitchen and 2 electrical boxes for ceiling lights. Ryan and Dennis were friendly, professional and took pride in their work/product. We are very happy with their work and are very impressed with the level of perfectionism they strove for. We look forward to working with them again for future home renos!

We had them in to do a smallish job of refinishing a popcorn ceiling in our new nursery. Dennis gave us a reasonable quote, and timeline. The quality of the completed job was exceptional. He even identified an additional issue, fixed it, and yet finished on time and on budget. My wife also noticed that the level of organization at the end of each day was fantastic. The room was clean, and all tools were tidied up neatly. We will definitely have them back again, and already getting a quote on the next job!

The project was undertaken in early September - Ryan & Dennis accommodated my requested start date and began without delay. All contract dates were met. The budget was also met with one adjustment for additional work required on sub floor and support which was discussed with me before hand and done with minimal disruption to schedule. Their punctuality, compliance with daily clean ups and professional assistance while moving from plan A to plan B & sometimes C with vanity & vanity lamps, two sinks vs one, etc was invaluable. Both Ryan & Dennis are extremely talented and courteous; their absolute professional attention to detail and finish is evident in the completed work.
Throughout the reno they discussed options with me, gave significant advice and suggestions and accepted my choices with grace. They were both extremely respectful and their sub contracted trades mirrored their professional work and behaviour.
This has been such a positive experience for me and I am absolutely delighted with the end result of this reno. I would highly recommend RD Customs for any work that they are contracted for. I intend to use their skills again next year with another reno project.

Ryan & Dennis were nothing but top notch professionals! Super reliable, polite and they took care of my house like if it was their own. They were on budget as quoted and their craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. Even their sub trades followed the same professional demeanor as Ryan and Dennis when in our home. It was a pleasure to have them during a stress situation as a renovation can be. They made it so easy, communication was awesome! We already have them booked for the spring to build us our new deck. I highly recommend them!
