We hired Real Rock to install floor and wall tile in our master bathroom. After 3 weeks the grout in the shower corners cracked. It took the owner 3 weeks to reply to our request for a fix. A worker eventually applied silicone in the corners of the shower. The silicone is a sloppy mess smeared in the corners. The contractor has refused to return our calls and failed to respond to calls from the Better Business Bureau. After weeks trying to resolve the issue we are stuck with unprofessional quality work, which is not what we paid for. We cannot recommend this contractor.
