Please be aware of the way this contractor conducts its business. While performing roof work on a townhouse adjacent to mine, debris from the roof were thrown down on my backyard patio, partially destroying my brand new conversation set. When confronted and asked for compensation for the damage (I only asked for the equivalent of the destroyed piece of furniture), the representatives of Real Time Contracting Inc. denied any responsibility for damaging my personal patio contents. The company's representatives didn't even have the courtesy of responding directly to my requests but chose to send their response through the property manager, showing lack of respect.
