A junior technician was sent to my house and spent 11/2 hours on the problem. The issue was not resolved and the toilet was not reseated properly. In the process a hallway runner got wet and soiled while the tech ran in and out to his van at least 4 or 5 times. I notified the owner asking him to have someone come back to fix the drainage problem and reseat the toilet correctly. I also told him about the soiled rug and that it would need to be cleaned for which I'd send him the bill. The owner said that rugs get walked on and he would not reimburse me for it. He then asked if I still wanted him to send a tech back to deal with outstanding problem!??
