My experience with a recent renovation that I did at my house was excellent. I budgeted in advance after shopping a while & had a fair idea what it would cost.

I updated my basement with Ceramic Tiles after leveling the floor, opened up the main floor by redoing the Load bearing wall for an open concept, tiled the main floor, updated staircase, did wyane scotting, updated kitchen, replaced front door etc.

Mitchell (Mitch) from Reflexions is an experienced & a complete tradesman. He executed all of the above jobs in a very professional manner & very aesthetically too.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mitch/Reflexions to my friends & relatives.

I want to praise Mitch Lino, Owner, Reflexions Flooring and Renovation, for the five-star quality of service he provided after a flood caused water damage to our laminate flooring.?

Mitch miraculously found a way to “patch” only the damaged hallway part of the continuous flooring without having to rip it all up. In doing so, he saved me thousands of dollars. He used a variety of techniques which even improved upon the “look” of the original installation. The finished product was seamless and looked as if nothing had ever happened to the area.??

Mitch’s efficient service, reliability and overall professionalism was impressive. He answered my questions expertly and always gave me as much time as I needed. Besides, he is just a downright nice person to deal with and, in a time of misfortune, you really do “need a friend.”

Mitch was as prompt and efficient as a SWAT team. He came in once to inspect the scope of the job, assess what materials were needed and then came back and completed the work all in one day. He took great care not to be intrusive and cleaned up after the job was done.?

Mitch made a highly stressful time less so and returned us back to normal as fast as possible. Should fire or flood and every disaster in between strike, I would recommend Reflexions as the place to call for help.

I look forward to continuing to work with Mitch on projects down the road.

I got my bathroom done with these guys. The tile work was done nice but the finish pieces were not done very well. Right after the Reno’s we’re done I had a leak going down to my furnace room. Then a few months later the Reno’s the caulking started cracking everywhere. I called Mitch to bring it to his attention and had been ignoring my calls and texts. He also asked me to write a false review rating him 5 stars when really his work is not 5 stars. All because someone else rated him 5 stars. Got all the documents to prove it. Not a company I would recommend to do work and I will be taking it to small claims.

They did a great job especially since this was a 30 yo bathroom we completely gutted. We had a lot of problems with this reno that we’re beyond our control between broken pipes and missing parts that slowed us down. I was very impressed with the way Mitch did everything he could including spending extra time on his own to rectify these issues. It had taken us a long time but he stuck with me and made sure I got a bathroom I was happy with and I am very happy!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the workmanship and it was completed in a timely manner. The professionalism was outstanding. We will definitely use their services for any other upgrades we need. All our family and guests were extremely impressed how beautiful our new floors look. Thank you Mitch and your team for staying true to your word and we wish you and your company further success.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mitch and his team. They were tasked with updating our neglected outdated basement.

From the initial consultation through to the finish we found them so easy to work with and commend them on their attention to detail and work ethic. We were consulted at every step and we always felt they had our best interest in mind.

The transformation of the bathroom is the showpiece of the basement. We hear ‘wow’ every time we show it off.

We were very surprised to see a negative review for them. This was NOT our experience at all.

There were many ‘extras’ that Mitch threw in because he just wanted the project to be perfect. He worked well within our budget and the final cost was very reasonable even with the extras we requested.

Mitchell's attention to detail, efficiency, cost, and commitment to customer satisfaction phenomenal. In the photos we attached we wanted to show the significant improvement in our floors from carpet (old) to laminate (new) and the impressive layout that expanded into the closet.

Every intricate detail in Mitch's work, from the consistently laid out pattern of the laminate panels to the spacing under the quarter round, was shockingly impressive. Mitch took the time to show us his work throughout the project so that we could truly understand the importance of his commitment to perfection. Mitch not only considers the initial look of his projects, but also their long-term durability and maintenance. He was able to space the flooring out enough to accommodate the fact that all panels will change in size throughout different seasons.

I really liked that he respected our timelines, and even exceeding expectations when he brought a second team member to complete the job within 4 hours (the maximum time we could reserve the moving elevator for).

The most significant aspect of his customer service we recognized was that Mitch took the time to come back the following day with additional materials - we initially communicated incorrect room dimensions to him leading to a shortage of materials purchased. However, Mitch took an 2-3 hours additional time driving back and forth during the Thanksgiving weekend to top up the remaining materials. Furthermore, he followed up after the job to ensure we were happy with the project.

We would surely use Mitch and Reflexions Construction again for future work.

The service offered by Reflextions Flooring & Reno's was great, friendly and affordable. Mitch Lino arrived on time and was able to complete the project on time and in the budget he quoted. Very professional. I had many positive comments from my guests, whom will in the future use his service. He not only placed the laminate floors throughout my condo, he also painted my living room and kitchen. My condo looks like a brand new home .
