We recently hired Regional Contracting to renovate our basement and kitchen and were extremely impressed Pat and his team. They continually went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and we were satisfied. Pat was very knowledgeable, informative and would always allow us to make our own decisions after offering input. Furthermore he was trustworthy, honest and professional. Earlier this year I hired Regional Contracting to build me a basement apartment. They were provided with a five week timeline to complete the work and without any complications they met the timeline. Complaint: This company does not pay their sub trades. We worked at the Vaughan community church doing drywall taping and sanding.
The project was completed to the project managers satisfaction. However, Pat with RCI decided he would like to rip his sub contractors off. Impossible to reach on the phone and no where to be found.
I would never have this company perform work on my home or business unless you'd like a lein from a sub trade.
